Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast. As always, I'm so happy you're here. I really mean that. Sometimes I get on breakthrough calls with you guys and you're like, I've been listening to the podcast for a long time. Almost like an apology for like why we haven't worked together or why we haven't joined a program or haven't done coaching. But I always smile and laugh because it's like, but we are working together through the podcast. And I really feel that way.
I'm not just saying that. So even if you're not in one of my coaching programs, I feel really grateful that we get to do the work through the podcast. And many of you are in my programs and listen to the podcast, which obviously I'm glad you're here. So today I'm gonna talk about the four keys of conscious creation.
And it's gonna be quick because my girl's on spring break and actually you might hear them running through my house because that's real life and we do real life here. So I told him, I was like, I gotta record a podcast really fast, like have fun. So if you share them, you know, right now, I'm not sure if you can hear that singing, but I can hear them singing while I told them to clean up because we're actually leaving for St. George today for a quick trip with my sister-in-law and her kids. So I'm excited.
But I've been thinking about this because I have this program that's coming called Quantum Play, the new frequency. Some of you are already in it, which I'm really excited about. We start at the end of the month. So this is my quick plug to join us in Quantum Play, the new frequency. There's three different ways to play. So there's the program, which has me teaching and answering questions and coaching.
There's the mastermind tier, which is you get everything in the program, but also we get to do two mastermind round tables and you get the Voxer Vortex where we're in Voxer together for the month. And then there's the VIP, which is one-on-one plus the mastermind. It's like Quantum Leap vibes. And so you can read more about that at itsambersmith.com/play. And like I said, we start April 29th and I'm really excited about it.
And it kind of was what prompted this conversation today about the four keys of conscious creation because I've been thinking about this a lot. You know, I am not the kind of business coach that's going to go hard on strategy. I know a lot of strategy. I've studied it for a long time. But what I have noticed in myself and in my clients, the clients who resonate with me, energetics is everything. Conscious creation is everything. Your frequency is everything.
And it's not the strategy doesn't matter. It's just like, where is the strategy coming from? And so quantum play is like where the strategy comes from. And I think it's why maybe you learn a strategy or a 30-day process or a step-by-step formula from someone who's teaching you their way and then it doesn't work for you.
It's like, yeah, because there's no conversation about where that strategy came from, what they were thinking about, what they were believing, how they were operating in their own personal system, not just what they were doing, but like what they were thinking, what they were believing, what their frequency was. And so this kind of sparked this whole conversation in my world, which I've been having for years about be, do, have, right? Who are you being?
What are you believing? How are you showing up in your life? What's the energy that you're bringing to your social media, to your podcast, to your sub stack or whatever? And so as I've been contemplating this, and as I've been preparing for quantum play, the new frequency, I kind of jotted down some of these notes of the four keys. And so the first one is desire and specifically like what is wanted.
And for a lot of my friends, desire is one of those weird words that you don't have a good relationship with your own desires. And I say that with a lot of love, not judgment, because somewhere along the way, at least if you're like me, this is a little spicy, but I was taught that I needed to understand what like God's will was for me. And so my desires were dangerous. My desires were something that I had to kind of shun, like I couldn't trust my desires.
That was probably never said explicitly, but definitely implicitly growing up through well-intentioned people who are trying to help me make decisions that were in my highest good. But what I learned along the way is that I couldn't trust my own desires. So then when I'm on this podcast telling you, many of you are like this, right? I'm like desire. We have this weird relationship and we don't know what to do with it because of how we interpreted teachings growing up as children that we never really questioned.
And now we're trying to like have our own desires, but they feel dangerous or they feel unsafe or they feel like we can't trust them. And this is why it's interesting. So I read this in a book. It says, desire links you to the will of God. And what he's talking about is your desire. If you don't want to use the word God, use source, whatever. Life, source, energy, God, the universe. Our desire links us to how life wants to move through us.
And so when we don't know what we want, life can't move through us. The other thing is my relationship with God is that I am a sovereign being. I am a creator. My desire literally does link me to how life wants to work through me. But if I don't know what I want, none of the rest of the things I'm going to share today matter. And so I want to read you something from the book, The Way of Mastery, which is a book that I have studied for years and love very dearly.
This quote is from there. He says, so you could say that God is like a wise gardener who's constantly trying to grow beautiful roses. He knows exactly how much moisture to put in the soil. He knows how to make those nutrients rise from the soil through the roots up to the heart of the stem of the flower to give forth radiant color so that everyone who looks upon it is touched by the mystery of beauty. And God wonders, well, it's interesting.
These roses that I've created seem to have a mind of their own. As the elixir I tried to give them rises through the stems, they tie themselves in little knots and only a little bit of the elixir reaches out and so the petals never quite blossom fully. Have you ever had that feeling that you're putting more energy into staying constricted than you are into allowing expansion? I have shared that quote on and off for years because what this little story is really about, the elixir is desire. The things that you want are God communicating to you. This is what's funny.
If I'm in a coaching session and I'm like, what do you want? Most of my clients are like, I want to make the world a better place. I want to take care of my kids. I want to have enough money to pay for my kids to go to college. I want to pay off my debt. I want to go on an amazing family vacation. I want to upgrade my house so that my kids live in a light place. I want to be able to invest in things.
I want to be able to donate to charities that I care about, like all incredible things. But there's a split energy because we're all so afraid of what we want, but when we actually look at what we want, they're all incredible, loving, expansive, service focused, amazing things. It's like, what? Why are we taught to be afraid of what we want when that's God trying to communicate to you what you're meant to do with your life? I'm a little fired up. Sorry. I'm going to bring it down.
Desire is so important. And so what do you want? That's the first key. Okay. The second is intention, which I'm going to define as your commitments and your actions. So commitments is an internal state. We have our desires, what we want. Then we move into intention, what we're committed to, what we're doing, how we're operating in the world, right? If my intention is to help people, I'm committed to serving. I'm committed to content creation.
I'm committed to this podcast. My actions are publishing this podcast, making invitations, serving my clients. My desire literally leads me into my commitments and my actions, which I'm going to define as your intentions. How do I know your intentions, what you're doing and what you're committed to? The third phase is allowing. And another way of saying this is like non-resistance. Another way of saying this is detachment.
This is something that I teach in my book, Quiet Wealth, the conscious creation matrix. We want to have clear desires and clear intentions with non-attachment, with non-resistance. It's a spiritual way of going through life where you go with the flow is one way of saying it. It's needing nothing, which is a principle I'm going to go into deep into quantum play. How do you become someone who needs nothing? Quite the question. And we operate from a state of allowing.
We allow things instead of being internal. It's almost like this internal resistance. We allow it. So when the client signs or doesn't sign, it doesn't impact your emotional energetic state. That's mastery. When you can live your life unconditional of circumstances, this is really what we're talking about. You live in a state of allowing. Other people can do what they want. The marketplace can do what they want.
The economy does what it wants, but it doesn't impact what's happening on the inside. Mastery. The fourth key is surrender to the mystery, to the unfolding, to life. So surrender is this calibration to like trust that is at such a high level that you are not impacted by how things unfold. You're not swayed. You know that it's going to work out because you are following the thread of your desire. So the thread of your desire goes through this whole thing.
It's not that you gave up what you wanted. You have your intentions, but you're allowing the process to unfold and you are surrendering to the mystery that life is going to bring you things. This is quantum play too. I have learned to stop forcing my will. And you might hear that and be like, but I thought you said we want a desire. It's like, yeah, like it's all a paradox, right? I have very clear desires. I have very clear intentions, but I live in a state of allowing, trusting that life will bring me things because of universal laws. Resonance.
I know if I'm resonating at the frequency of love and trust and service and expansion and abundance, those things will find me. I don't have to go make it happen. They come to me. People find me. This is lighthouse marketing. People find me. My best clients find me. They reach out to me. People find me on social media. People are looking for someone like me. I believe that.
So the combination of my desires, my desire for a business to grow, my desire for more clients, my desire for more money are good because they're putting me on the path of how life wants to express itself through me. And then with my intentions, my commitments and my actions, literally like my signal is on. That's how I see intention. Like my signal is on to the universe, right? People can see me.
People know me, the right people, because they're also looking and we co-create. Allowing and surrender is me moving through life with non-resistance and detachment, being open to the unfolding, and I surrender to the mystery of I don't always know. I surrender my timeline. I surrender my agenda. I surrender how I think it should look or how I think it should be. I'm operating from like it is done because I planted the seed of desire a long time ago and I'm just trusting that it is growing. That's not my job, right?
When we plant a seed, I have a garden, you know, and it always is amazing to me and I've talked about on the podcast before because it always blows my mind. When we plant seeds in a garden, I don't do a lot. After the seed is planted, I mean, I offer it water and I make sure that there's no critters that are going to eat it. But like infinite intelligence works through the seed. I can't make the seed grow. I can only provide the environment.
The same thing is true about your desires. Like that story that I read about the roses, right? You could say that God is like a wise gardener. You are the rose who is constantly trying to grow beautiful roses, grow us. He knows exactly how much moisture to put in the soil. He knows how to make those nutrients rise from the soil through the roots up through the heart of the stem to the flower to give forth radiant color so that everyone who looks upon it is touched by the mystery of beauty. And God wonders, well, it's interesting.
These roses that I've created seem to have a mind of their own. Us. As the elixir I try to give them rises through the stems, they tie themselves in little knots and only a little bit of the elixir reaches out and so the petals never quite blossom fully. Have you ever had that feeling that you're putting more energy into staying constricted than you are into allowing expansion? So the key is desire, intention, allowing, surrender. Your expansion is not in question. It is inevitable.
But the only thing that can stop it is if you tie yourselves in little knots with fear, with judgment, with attachment, with lack consciousness, with perceiving limitations in a world that actually that's all made up. Now, doesn't mean it's not experienced as very real, but we create our own reality personally. I love this work so much because the universe reflects us. So when we pick up lack in the world, it's in us. And so this is the work of quantum play.
This is the work of being a conscious creator is taking responsibility for your desires, for your intentions, for how you allow and how you surrender in choosing to use these principles in your business as a creator, as an entrepreneur, and as a parent, as a partner, as a spouse, as a friend, as a community member, as someone who donates, as someone who is a philanthropist. Like it doesn't matter what role you're playing in your life.
Like this is how you create things in a way that flows with life. And it's how you move downstream. So much of my work with clients is like, how do you float the river downstream instead of trying to battle upstream? This is how. My favorite metaphor that we will talk a lot about in quantum play. Your life is like you're in a rowboat. Your destination is certain. You already know what it is, but you have to see that the destination you want is downstream the river. And so you don't have to paddle upstream to get to your desired destination.
Life will flow you there. So it doesn't mean that you don't move your oar so that you direct the way you flow with the current. You trust, you surrender, you allow, but you do have a strong intention and you do have a clear desire. You know where you want to go. So what that means is you have to trust that you're on the right river. It means that you have to trust that the river will take you where you want to go. That life will take you where you want to go.
All the things you want are like little signals, little godwings, little notes from the universe saying like, hey, you're meant to do this. There's a reason that you can't stop thinking about it. There's a reason you had this idea. Trust it. Nurture it. Let it grow. Let it expand. Your expansion is inevitable. Only your thinking will limit it. Only your thinking will plague it. Only your thinking, only your inability to transcend patterns, your inability to allow, which is the work of our lifetime, right?
For us control freaks, if you're a control freak like me, we have to learn to allow it to move through us. So you're invited to come do this work with me in Quantum Play, the new frequency, where we're going to talk about your desires, your intentions, allowing, and surrender. It is co-creation because you are the co-creator. It's what being human is about.
Co-creating with God, co-creating with the universe, co-creating with other people, co-creating with Kairos time, all of these principles that I've talked about on this podcast. I feel like Quantum Play is where we bring it to life. It's going to be an experiential program, and I hope you'll join us at whatever level, whether it's the program level, the mastermind level, or the one-on-one level. You are invited. The time is now. The doors are open. I'll see you inside, and I'm so excited to get started. Have a beautiful day. Talk to you soon.
