Welcome back, you guys. I hope you thought that was as cute as I did. It was so fun. So I got a new mic for the new year, and all the girls were like, I want to talk on it. So we ended up recording a new intro. No, I'm just kidding. Just this time. That's the intro just for today. But Happy New Year! Happy 2026! I'm excited to be back. We had an amazing break.
We went to Disney World over Christmas. So we went the 23rd, the 24th, the 25th and 26th. And so we did one part each day. And it was very magical. Our kids are at the perfect age for this kind of stuff. And so in January of 2025, me and Wesley were like cleaning up Christmas and just realizing how much stuff we had. And we were like, you know, it would be really cool to do an experience Christmas.
So we planned all year, we prepped all year, we decided to invite my family. So two of my sisters came, missing one of my sisters and her husband, and my parents came. And we stayed on property. We did everything. The other thing that we did was we bought a premier lightning lane pass, which allowed us to not wait in lines.
And I highly, highly recommend that if you do Disney World just because it allowed us to ride everything without feeling like we were wasting the day waiting in lines. And so it was a very, very magical trip. My kids loved it. We loved it. It was so amazing. And then we came home and took the week and I've just been gradually getting back into reentry for the new year in business.
And it's been just magical. And also I'm ready to have my kids kind of back in the groove of regular routines and school and sports and getting back into the swing of things with work. So this podcast feels timely for me. So today I want to talk about creating what you've never created before in 2026. Just as a good kickstart launchpad, jump back into the cold water type refreshing, I guess, focus. At least for me, you might have already felt like you did that.
But for me, it feels like that's what I'm thinking about with clients. That's what I'm thinking about for myself. How do you get back into the swing of things? And not just how do you get back into the swing of things? How do you create what you've never created before? Because for many of us, there's highs and lows. I would say that's true for every single person, right? There's highs and lows from 2025 that we're walking into the new year with.
And so when I've been contemplating, like, how do you create what you've never created before? I've said this throughout the years, but I kind of wanted to condense it into a podcast episode. I've often said, if you want to create what you've never created before, you have to believe what you've never believed before longer than you've ever believed it for. You must ask for what you've never asked for before.
You must hold the frequency you haven't maintained before. You must fail more than you've ever failed before. And you must operate in ways you haven't operated before. And so I'm going to kind of break those down. But that's the premise of what we're going to be talking about today. So that you can figure out, I'm sure on your mind like everyone I've ever talked to, right?
More abundance, more freedom, more fun, more play, more relationship building, more spaciousness, more success, more depth, more love. There's this line in the book, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Waddles. He says, desire is life seeking fuller expression. And your desires are good. Your desires are God given, I would say, because life wants to express more life. The apple in it has seeds to express more life through its consumption.
And so you are no different. Through your consumption of life by living your life, you will have a stronger desire for more things. That's like a God given innate thing built in. That doesn't mean we came to the world to accumulate a bunch of stuff. It doesn't mean stuff and things are the only thing that matter. It doesn't mean get greedy. It means expand your capacity for life to move through you. That's what the conversation is today.
And so let's start with this first piece, which is you must believe what you've never believed before longer than you've ever believed it for. Sometimes when you're exposed to belief work or conscious creation work, you have a new belief, you're working on believing it and fades. And then you're like, oh, it didn't work. It's like, yeah, you have to believe it until it works. And that's hard to teach. And it's not very sexy. Right.
So you're not going to see a lot of business coaches talking about it because it's not sexy to believe it until it works, because in that process, you're going to fail. Things aren't going to go as planned. There's going to be setbacks. There's gonna be things that you thought would work that didn't. There's gonna be things that work for a little bit that you end up not liking. I've walked many clients through big pivots in 2025, where it's not that it wasn't working.
They just didn't like it or it wasn't a good fit for their lifestyle. It wasn't a good fit for how they like to work with clients. And so a realignment is necessary. And that has to be founded on beliefs, beliefs about you, beliefs about people, beliefs about money and success and the way the universe works and wants to support you to realign more ease, more flow, more fulfillment, more prosperity. And that's an constant evolving process.
It's not a one and done, especially if you are someone on the trajectory of growth. You're going to be making tweaks your whole business. And that's not because some things are not working. It's because you are walking the path of evolution and growth. Therefore, you're going to be upgrading your business along the way. That's the game. And so when I think about this statement, you must believe what you have never believed before longer than you've ever believed it before. It's the inner work. And it is work.
I mean, we want it to be magical, but a lot of times it's not. And I think it can be magical. But that doesn't mean that it always is. Sometimes rearranging old paradigms and patterns, doing forgiveness work for parents or loved ones or spouses, doing recalibration work for yourself on your identity, who you see yourself in the world, how you see money working for you or not working for you, doing that work, that deep inner work, it produces sexy results.
But the process isn't always amazing. Sometimes it is and sometimes it's not. And so I think this ability to commit to doing the inner work, even when there's grief, even when there's shame, even when there's frustration that it's like this again, for me, it's like life is a spiral up, right? That's how I see life. So sometimes it feels like you're going in circles, but with conscious awareness, you look back and you see that life is a spiral upwards.
So you're going to bump into similar patterns, similar paradigms, similar stories as you spiral up because it feels like you're going in circles, but you're really going upwards. That means you're going to bump into things as a new version of you. That doesn't mean you never bump into the same pattern. It means you bump into it with higher awareness.
And I feel like that's really where my clients start to work with me is like they're spiraling up and they're noticing similar patterns, but from a new perspective, from a higher vantage point, from more experience, from more depth, from more self-awareness, from higher levels of consciousness. And that's where the real fun work begins because you're not new to belief work. You're not new to identity work. You're not new to thought work.
You're experienced, which poses a new threat, I would say, because now, at least if you're like many of my clients, accidentally you begin to weaponize the very work against yourself. You're like, I should know better. I shouldn't be thinking this. Oh, that's a scarcity thought. Oh, I'm thinking so limited. Oh, I should be past this. So it creates this like new dimension of weaponizing the work against yourself, which isn't useful.
And so to believe something longer than you've ever believed it for, to create what you've never created for in 2026, it means actually like new levels of compassion and kindness and grace for yourself on the journey. Because you're going to have new higher levels of awareness, you're also going to be exposed to the temptation to judge yourself when you bump into patterns that you've been in before. And that's not useful.
And so higher awareness, higher levels of compassion and grace. It also means choosing again. I would say mastery is about moving through the patterns and the paradigms that you don't want anymore quickly. And the only way you can move through something quickly is to embrace it and not resist it, to not make excuses for it, to not hide from it, but to like look at it with a clean slate, look at it with fresh eyes, with nonjudgment, with acceptance, with awareness. And then you move through it onto the next, right?
That keeps the spiral spiraling up. When we judge ourselves, it's almost like we cement ourselves into that reality, even if we don't want it. So I'll give you an example. Let's say you have a tendency to think in terms of like people pleasing, and you want people to like you. And your pattern is when you get rejected, you shut down. Or when you get rejected, you freeze. When you get rejected, you stop showing up on social media, you stop selling, right?
And so it perpetuates a pattern that you try something, you freeze. And now you stop getting results because you stopped taking action. That's a belief work thing. And I know that, I mean, it's multidimensional. So it's action and strategy too. But at the heart of it, it's like, what are you believing about yourself when you get rejected? And if you don't confront that pattern, you're going to keep replaying that and plateau your income because you're going to not move through what you need to move through in order to create something you've never created before.
That's one example. So to believe what you've never believed before would be rejection does not dictate my income. One person saying no does not mean I'm not cut out for this. One no doesn't mean the yes isn't right around the corner. I actually like what Rich Levin says in his book, Prosperous Coach. Yes lives in the land of no.
So I've completely reframed my no's from old me, people-pleasey, scared me. Trying to make sure everyone was at ease and everyone liked me would have taken no very hard. And now I see no, it's not like I'm like, yay, no. It's not like that. But I've just positioned it and contextualized it so I'm not afraid of it. I move through rejection pretty quickly and I'm back in the game, creating, playing, inviting, selling, creating clients, all of it pretty quickly.
And I've done that through doing the inner work, doing belief work about myself, about success, about people, about money. And so belief work is very tactical. What we believe ends up becoming our reality. And so maybe you make a little list of like, what are you committed to believing this year until it works longer than you've ever believed it before? You have to practice it and choose it consciously. The next one, you must ask for what you've never asked for before.
And this is very tactical too. If you want to make more money than you've ever made before, you will ask more. You will ask for higher prices, or you will ask more consistently, or you will ask for a different offer. You will make asks of your audience in ways that you haven't asked for before. Especially, I have this theory. I'm actually probably gonna write a book about it one day.
I have this theory that if you are a very good person and that's a part of your core identity, a lot of times it is hard to sell because you have this conflicting value system going on. You want to be a good person, but you see asking for money as something bad or as inconveniencing other people. And so it's in conflict with you being a good person. I see this with a lot of my clients. They don't ask enough. They don't ask their audience for the sale enough.
Or they ask, but they are high level hiding. So they're asking in a way that's safe, that risks nothing. If you want to create what you've never created before, there will be risk. You risk unsubscribes on your email list. You risk people unfollowing you on social media. You risk people telling you no to your face. You risk people saying that's too expensive. You risk people saying all you care about is money. All you care about is business.
If this work is so transformational, you should do it for free. You risk people misunderstanding you. There's a lot of risk, but also it's how you unlock your next level of success many times. I don't think that's 100% true for everyone listening to this, but I would probably say it's probably true for you if you're listening to this. You need to ask more.
You think you're asking a lot because you're looking at the past when you didn't have a business and when you didn't ask people for anything. And now you're like, well, I'm making an ask. And it's like, yeah, you're briefly mentioning it in your PS of your email or you're like throwing up a story saying, if you're interested, DM me. And that's not compelling enough. You need to learn to ask boldly, frequently.
You need to ask for bigger things, whether that's increasing your pricing or changing your packages or creating something in the form of an offer that you've never created before. And ask and ask and ask. And be okay moving from asking to asking with peace of mind. I think that skill set has served me so well. I'm willing to ask over and over again and not lose sleep over it. I'm willing to ask and be okay if no one says yes.
And that level of detachment makes your asking more potent and magnetic, actually. When you don't need someone to say yes, but you still ask, that's the energy. And honestly, this is what I'm teaching in depth in House of Abundance this month. When you can ask from a place of detachment, you can ask more because you're not making it about them or you. You just know asking increases the service area of your synchronicities.
When you ask, when you shine your light, when you put content out and you include bold asks frequently, you increase the chances people say yes. Like that seems silly, but it's true and it's obvious. The thing is, that means that you also have to increase how you create value. So I'm willing to ask a lot of my audience because I had a lot of value to people's lives, right? I've been podcasting for years. I've been creating content for years.
I've had so many conversations for free in the DMs, on calls. I've hosted masterclasses. I've done free podcast series. I've written books. I've written emails. Like I've done so much in service to my audience. I'm very comfortable asking. So if you want to ask more, some of you need to up how much value you're adding so that you feel comfortable asking. That's okay. That's all part of it. This also includes in your personal life.
When my business started taking off, I had to ask for more in my personal life. I had to ask for childcare. I had to ask for support from my husband to work, to travel, to masterminds, to invest in programs and mentorship. Not from his permission necessarily, but for his support. I had to ask for his support. I got people supporting me in my house. I have house cleaners that support me. I asked for support. That doesn't mean please help me. It also can be kind of like a demand. Not like, help me. You have to.
But asking for support in my house, in my home, in my relationships, asking for date nights, asking for childcare so that I can spend time away with Wesley. Asking for alone time so that I can be alone. I need it, right? So if you want to create what you've never created before, ask for more. Ask. This also includes asking of God, the universe, source, for more in your life.
It is okay to desire and to specifically ask for more. Especially if you're trying to create something you've never created before. You have to ask for more. Next piece. You must hold the frequency you haven't maintained before. In House of Abundance, we're studying the book Outsmarting Reality by Nero Knowledge. It is so good. I've already heard so many of my clients and students message me like, this book is so good. It's like, yeah, this book is so good.
One of the things that I really took away from that book was holding the frequency and how frequency compounds. You have a memorized frequency. The way that you wake up in the morning, the way that you operate with your kids and your spouse, the way that you operate when you're on a walk, volunteering at your school, showing up on Instagram, writing the email.
There's a vibe that you bring to your life. If you want to create what you've never created before, chances are there's a new frequency that is beckoning. There is a new frequency that you want to live in, like your emotional reality. You want to live with more freedom, more abundance. And I say that as an emotional experience. You want to feel more abundant. You want to feel more free. You want to feel more creative. You want to feel more loving.
You want to feel more inspired. You want to feel more clarity. And the fruit of those things will be like a physical manifestation. But what we all really want is to feel that our capacity for those things expand as a feeling. And so your frequency is yours to tend and yours to keep and yours to maintain. And if you've been maintaining a frequency that has created what you've created up to this point, that means a new frequency must be curated and maintained to create the next thing that you want.
And so I highly recommend becoming a student of frequency creation, of like how to hold your frequency in your life, your desired frequency in your life. Read books, get coaching, surround yourself with people who understand it at a higher level than you, so that you can calibrate not from like a, they're better than me. I don't mean it that way at all, because that's not how I invest in my mentors.
I invest in my mentors because they understand something that I am working on, not because they're better, but because they're on the path ahead of me. And I want to calibrate to them. And it makes my life easier. It makes the transition and the creation smoother, just because I'm literally like learning how they live, how they think, how they be, how they ask themselves questions. And it's so useful. Next one, you must fail more than you've ever failed before.
And some of you are like, and I get it. No one wants to fail. But the truth is, I was actually talking to a client about this just the other day. In 2025, I quote unquote failed so much. But I also succeeded because of those failures, right? Failure and success are not polar opposites. They are the same thing. Let that simmer for you. Success and failure are the same thing in different ends. To not fail is actually the opposite of success. Failure is not the opposite of success.
They're the same thing in the same energetic realm. It means you're putting yourself out there. It means you're asking. It means you're taking action. To never fail is what we want to avoid. To never fail, especially in business, is more dangerous than failing. And so to create what you've never created before, you're going to fail in more things. You're going to be experimenting. You're going to be trying. You're going to be asking. You're going to be putting yourself out there.
You're going to be adopting a new offer. You're going to be asking for things you've never asked for before. You're going to be meeting people you've never met before. You're going to be saying things you've never said before. You're going to be taking action in ways that you've never taken before, which means you will fail sometimes. That's a good thing. Yes lives in the land of no. And so you might make a goal. How many times are you going to try to fail?
I think about the classic quote about Thomas Edison and the light bulb. How many times he failed. He didn't see it as failure, as condemned to never succeeding. He used it as feedback. Contrast creates clarity. Every failure I have in business leads me to more clarity about what works, what my people like, what pricing works, what I like, what works for my energy, what works for my personality, what works for my family.
But I can't get that data if I'm hiding, if I'm doing nothing, if I'm secretly showing, you know, I would say passive action. So like passive action is like consuming a podcast, writing in your journal. I do those things, but without active action, without action that includes risk of failure, nothing happens in my business. I have to increase the surface area of synchronicities happening, which means I post content. I record podcasts. I have conversations. I send emails.
I invite people to share me. I'm putting myself in rooms. I'm getting coaching. I'm learning new skills and using them. I'm coaching. I'm inviting. I'm writing. I'm creating. I'm putting myself out in the world because business is a three-dimensional construct. That means three-dimensional action from me is required. Even though there's a lot of spiritual principles of business, you can't lose sight of the 3D because business is a three-dimensional invention.
Now the spiritual principle of abundance, for example, isn't. Abundance is mind, body, and spirit. But business itself is mind, body, spirit too, which means you have to take of the skills like marketing and sales and messaging, content creation, how to position your offer, how to show up online, how to write an email, how to do a launch sequence. Those are skills that we learn as business owners in the three-dimensional world because business is three-dimensional.
Failure and success exist on that plane too. You have to take action and risk something in the 3D world to get something in the 3D world. I'm not saying you're going to experience risk in the way of you're going to lose everything. I don't believe in that. I more mean risking people telling you no. Maybe you invest in a course and it doesn't pay off right away.
Joining a mastermind and it doesn't pay off right away. I've done all of those things, but I trusted the process. We have to commit to the long game. Some of the things you're going to fail at, you won't see the success of it instantly. You're going to fail, and then you're going to tweak, and then you're going to fail, and then you're going to tweak, and then you're going to succeed.
Or you're going to fail, and you're going to make an update, and maybe you get a better result, but not quite what you're hoping for, so you try again. That's real life. That's how business works. All along the way, you're upgrading your belief. You're upgrading how you see yourself. You're upgrading your resilience. You're upgrading your spiritual grit. You're upgrading your understanding of your audience. You're upgrading your understanding of your family.
You're upgrading your understanding of how the universe really works. All along the way, things are spiraling up. It's not like, fail, fail, fail, suck, suck, suck, like, oh, I hate this. It's like, fail, expand your mind, expand your awareness, expand your belief. Fail, oh, interesting. Contrast creates clarity. Oh, I could try it this way. Oh, this is fun. It's a creative act. It's a creative act.
Last one, you must operate in ways you haven't operated before.
I define this as being and doing. I actually wrote this in the email. I'm going to quote it. I said, how you show up in your life and business is an inside-out process, but upgrading your operating system, your body, your mind, and your spirit is a commitment we make to upgrade for life. How you operate, your being, and your doing is something that we commit to upgrading throughout life. If you don't upgrade it, you're going to create what you last year. And that's okay.
Some of you, that would be okay. This episode specifically is for people who want to create what they've never created before. Either that's like an income level, a type of client, a result, an opportunity. That could be like creating a book. It could be creating a course. It could be creating something that you've never created before for your clients. It could be a way of being in business. It could be more spaciousness. It could be less working, more playing.
It could be more money, working less hours. There's a lot of different scenarios that many of you are working on, but to upgrade your operating system, mind, body, spirit, is important. And so that's why I'm always investing in my mind, in my body, in my family, because investing isn't just like a money thing. It's a upgrading mentality. It's a way of life. It's a way of seeing the world.
So I'm an investor of myself. What that means is not just money, but my time, my resources, my energy, the way that I think about it. It's not from a place of scarcity or lack, but as in fulfilling my potential to see what's possible. Because I want to expand like the universe is expanding.
I want to expand my abundance like nature does. I want to grow. And that means cycles and seasons. And that means it's not like a constant, you know, line upward.
It's not like I'm constantly just like growing. It means that there's like this organic nature of rest and work. There's this organic nature of cycles where there's expansion and contraction on the way to expansion. There's ups and downs on the way up. Those are true principles. There's rhythms in my life. And I'm committed to growth and evolution over my lifetime.
As myself, as a mother, as a business owner, as a coach, as a guide, as a mentor, as a wife, as a friend, as a daughter, I care about upgrading. Not because who I am today is not good enough. That's not how I see it. It's like the oak and the acorn. The acorn was always good enough because it was always the oak. That's how I see myself.
And so if I'm in an acorn moving into being, coming in oak, I want to do everything that I can to nurture my environment, to put myself in places to grow, to get the nutrients, to expand and to let it happen, to allow expansion of myself in my life and in my business. And so to tie it all together, to create what you've never created before, you must believe what you've never believed before, longer than you've ever believed it for.
You must ask for what you've never asked for before. You must hold the frequency you haven't maintained before. You must fail more than you failed before. You must operate in ways you haven't operated before. This is the work, you guys. This is the work. You can consider these for yourself. Like what are you committed to believing? What are you committed to asking for in your life and in your business? What are you committed to experimenting with and failing at?
What are you committed to holding your frequency about? How do you practice abundance? How do you practice the feeling of conscious creation? How do you practice freedom in your life? How do you have more fun? How do you have more play? How do you have more creativity? How do you upgrade your operating system, mind, body, spirit? Those are your questions for you to contemplate and to make real for you.
And if I can help, House of Abundance is open and Miracle Mind is enrolling. Both of those links will be available in the show notes depending on what level of play, I guess. House of Abundance is a year-long group program. Miracle Mind is a six month mastermind one-on-one hybrid. You can read more about both of those in the links. But I love you guys.
Welcome back to the new year. Welcome back to the podcast. I'm so excited for what's in store and what will unfold and all the magic and the miracles that will take place because of your commitment to doing work like this. Okay. Talk to you soon. Bye.
