Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast. I am in a reflective mood. I just wrapped up the last group call for the year that I'm doing, and I'm in my feels a little bit about 2025 and what's coming and what happened and my kids have Christmas and we're in it. And so I'm excited to kind of just reflect with you today.
We are going to Disney World for Christmas and we've been planning on it all year and it's finally coming. We leave next Monday. We fly out and my parents are coming and two of my sisters are coming with us and just feeling the magic, you know. This year was interesting for me because I transitioned myself as a mom. All three of my daughters are in school now.
And so I've been thinking about this year and I'll do a whole episode on, you know, my reflections from 2025 and some of the lessons. But I've been just thinking about recently, even just in December, I've gotten so much feedback about my interviews with Elizabeth Ralph and Jenny Gritters. So thank you for all your comments and messages. They were amazing interviews, right? They're so good.
And I've just been having so much fun on the podcast, just like letting it be whatever I want it to be, which is just so good for many of you to hear. I'm one of those people, for better or for worse, like when I give myself a rule, I immediately break it. And when other people give me a rule, I definitely break it. Right. It's like, you have to post every day. You have to do this.
I'm like, no. And so one of the things that has really set me up for success, not just in like numbers, but from a personal life experience and like enjoyment of my business, I just don't have rules. So what I mean by that is I talk about what I want to talk about on the podcast. I interview who I want to interview. My episodes range from like long interviews to like 15 minute episodes. I basically, for the most part, just hit record and start talking.
I might jot down a few notes because that works for me. And I'm not saying that that works for you. But if you are like me and you have a similar soul where like you don't like to feel limited or told what to do, freeing yourself up from rules actually like just unleashes so much creativity. I've been thinking about that just during the past few months and years, actually. Months and years.
But especially this year, I feel like this year was such a time of experimentation and failure, which we'll talk about next week. For my business, for my group programs, for my mastermind, for my one on one, I've made a lot of changes. You guys have seen me do it in real time. I completed the Quiet Wealth Collective. I renamed my masterminds in the beginning of the year. It was called Abundance Mastermind, and now it's called Miracle Mind.
And I launched Lighthouse Mentorship summer semester. I transitioned it to the Amber Smith Vortex, and now it's the House of Abundance. Because you guys, I am evolving in rapid time, in real time, just like you. And so I make upgrades and I make updates all the time. And I used to feel really judgmental of myself for that. When I was growing up, I was always feeling like I quit things too soon. I still remember when I quit piano, I was 14.
And my dad sat me down and he's like, you're gonna regret doing this. And I've never regretted quitting piano, which is just funny, because I'm meant to iterate. My human design, I'm meant to iterate. My brain, my creativity, my energy, I evolve and expand pretty quickly. I take in information, I integrate it, I apply the wisdom that I'm always learning about in real time.
And so I am not the same human as I was at the beginning of 2025. And many of you feel the same, right? I'm not the same. And so part of my experimentation process, the Floodgates really opened up when my youngest daughter Lainey went to kindergarten, because I had a lot of space in my calendar that I didn't fill. I'm not busy. Some people think I am and I'm really not.
And it feels a little vulnerable and uncomfortable to say that because from the outside, it might seem like I'm busy, but I'm really not. I consciously chose not to just cram my calendar with stuff. After I open up space, I keep my days, you know, I have two to three calls on my workdays. And between the calls, I have a lot of space for the most part where I can write or I can go on a walk.
I can go to the gym. I've really been liking 2 p.m. gym. So I go to the gym before I go get my daughters from school. I have time for like slow mornings with Wesley. Another big thing that happened this year is like Wesley changed roles in his company. So he's a director now, which means he travels. But it also means he works from home. So like when he's not traveling, he works from home. So we've been enjoying lunch dates and long walks together.
And it's just so fun. It's just so fun. And having him home is such a blessing because he has been working in construction since 2019. Well, he worked in construction for a long time, but at his current company, and the early hours that his work has just demanded of him, you know, construction starts early in the morning.
And so for years, like he's been up at 4 a.m., he would do his workout and he was out the door many months of him being out the door before the girls were even awake. And I think about that time period and we just made it work. You know, we never complained about it. He definitely never complained about it, but it wasn't ideal. But we held the vision of what we want our family life to be. We believe the better it gets, the better it gets.
It feels like this year it kind of came to fruition, which is so fun to reflect on because now he's up with the girls and he picks up from school sometimes. He's there for breakfast. He has a job. He has a job. And it's such a blessing. And it's so awesome to see, like, the intentions we set really do come true. And that doesn't mean instantly. We'll talk about that. But the intentions that we set, the things that we write down in our journal, the conscious creation lists we make.
If you did quantum play with me, right, we talked a lot about conscious creation lists and how we can drop the pebbles of things that we want and we release them and don't force them. And they come about in unique and unpredictable ways when we let them, because we are creating always. And so I think about this year and for all the failures, and I put that in quotes, you can't see it because this is a podcast, but like for all the failures that I experienced where I'm closing programs and making updates and changing things.
What's interesting is every time I made a change based on what's aligned for me, trusting my intuition, trusting the mental nudges, trusting the things that are coming to me in real time, trusting the ideas that I'm meant to steward, trusting my relationship with you guys, honestly, and delivering what I think is best for you and getting it wrong sometimes.
But like making improvements along the way to update, to elevate, to deliver what I think is useful and meaningful based on my conversations, based on the feedback that I get, based on my relationship, my intimate, amazing, real relationships that I have with my clients, making the updates and the upgrades that I think are going to benefit the whole.
And so this new iteration in my business with House of Abundance, I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous to share it with you because just a few months ago, I released the Ambersmith Vortex. And I wanted to share, this will come in my 2025 reflections, but in a micro way, when I launched Ambersmith Vortex, I thought that was it. I really did. I was all in on it. I talked to my team about it. I talked to my coach about it. My clients were excited about it.
And I was excited about it. But there was a mismatch energy. Like I said, I'll share more about that in the podcast in a very intimate way coming next week. But it wasn't it. And I didn't know that until I did it. Some of you need to hear that because you're pondering business model changes, you're pondering price upgrades or decreases, you're pondering elevating your ideal client, you're pondering business model structure stuff, sales sequences, ideal clients, new offers, old offers, like all of it.
The end of the year is often a time of reflection on what works and what didn't and what changes you're going to make. I'm the same. But I really thought Ambersmith Vortex was the offer. And I had to get coaching on all of my groups because the groups that I've done in the past few years have been such a sore spot for me. And I don't say that in like a way that like, it feels bad. I love my clients. But trying to find the right fit has been the work of my lifetime.
To give you some history if you're new, or just a little recap if you're not new. In 2021, I launched Pro Coach as a lifetime membership program. A few months in, I burdened it all down because I realized I did not want to be trapped. Later, I launched the Matrix. The Matrix was a year long program. And it included all the programs that I did live coaching all of it, right. And it was a higher priced ticket group. So it was like $5,000 for the year. Ended the Matrix.
I started doing Lighthouse Mentorship and Quiet Wealth Collective. Quiet Wealth Collective was a membership. Lighthouse Mentorship was obviously a group mentorship program that was a few months long. I've also done Quiet Wealth Cohorts or the Quiet Wealth Mastermind in this time. And I also did the Miracle Mind in 2023. So all of these groups are happening in my life.
And along the way, and this is good for many of you to hear, I was being influenced by big name coaches, who shall remain unnamed, from podcasts, from books, from my personal mentors, honestly, throughout the years, about what scaling was supposed to look like. And actually, in April of this year, I attended a scaling workshop with the Hermoses. And I got a lot out of it. I did.
I did. And it was very clear how misaligned I was. Because I didn't want to scale like everyone in that room. I didn't want to lose the intimacy that I have with clients.
I didn't want to get on a Zoom where I didn't know them. And so I've been in this conundrum before. And I've talked about it many times. And I'm a little embarrassed to say that. Because in my primal brain, I'm supposed to have everything figured out. But I also know, like I know, that business is about evolution and growth. And so part of me is embarrassed. And part of me is like, yeah, this is real.
Because what's interesting about this, like every upgrade I made, I ended up making more money. And I don't say that because like, that's the end all be all. But it's also like, it's not what you think. I'm not burning down or changing things because it's not working. Like it is working. My business is working. And so that's also uncomfortable to say. Because I know that isn't the case for everyone listening to this podcast. And it hasn't been the case for me.
It's important to know where I started. But it is working. I have a full client roster. I do. I have a fully booked mastermind. I have dozens of people in my group program. And I have a fully booked one on one. And so it's interesting to say that, knowing like I'm making changes again. And I'm feeling embarrassed by that, but also so compelled, like I have been at every decision.
Every decision I make in my business, I'm operating with the best that I know how to operate with, with the best beliefs and the best intentions. And I'm really doing it for the co-creation of it with you guys. I don't think I've ever done something thinking like this might hurt my clients. Like I've never done that. It's always with, I think this is what they need. I think this is what could deliver the best results.
But one of the things that I did with the Vortex that was a mistake, is I left the backdoor open. And what I mean by that, it was like it was a month to month program. I realized it's not just a logistical thing. It's like the work that I meant to do with my clients is transformational work, which doesn't happen in a month. And so by leaving the backdoor open, I went back to a time in my business because I've experimented with membership models before.
And then I was reminded again why it doesn't work for me because of the relationship that I want with you guys. I want a relationship where we're walking together for a while, because I understand that's what transformation actually takes. I think about the greatest relationships of my life, not just in business, but personally, there's longevity to it.
There's a season of commitment and depth. That's how I operate in the world. That's what works for me. Not saying this is how you should do it. But for me, that's the relationship that I have seen clients create miracles from is the commitment and the depth. Well, I can't do that in one month. And so there's been this dissonance ever since I started Vortex of like, how do I get people to stay? And that's just not the question that I want to be answering all the time.
I don't want to make people stay. I want to create an environment of transformation. And so for me, it has been a time of pondering and getting coached myself, journaling, holding a vision of something. And so House of Abundance came through. And it's super similar to the Vortex as far as coming up with trainings and coaching and the group and what's included, right?
You get my programs, you get coaching with me, we're gonna talk about wealth consciousness, we're gonna talk about quantum field stuff. We're gonna talk about conscious creation, we're gonna talk about abundance mindset. I mean, it's called freaking the House of Abundance, right? Like there's definitely gonna be talking about abundance mindset. We're gonna talk about business and entrepreneurship and being a creator.
But I'm changing it to being a year long program. And many of you have already joined, which I'm so excited about. And it feels like a sinking in feeling. Like I said, I am embarrassed to talk about the changes I'm making. But also like this is real. Like I see creators and coaches always making updates and tweaks to processes. But this is what I'm doing in 2026. And I'm excited about it. And it feels settled into me.
And so I wanted to read the House of Abundance manifesto that I wrote while I was preparing this program, but also just as I've been contemplating what I want my work to be about. Most of you know, if you've been in any container with me, my work is so much more than business strategy. It's like seems so obvious with a podcast like this, but we talked about strategy, but it's so much more than that. It's like, I've been really contemplating like the emotional reality that we all are curating and creating moment by moment. And then that's really the real thing.
That's part of the manifesto. So I'll leave it to the manifesto. But I wrote the House of Abundance manifesto. Abundance is the divine design. In fact, you can read this on my website. You can go to itsambersmith.com/house and read all about the House of Abundance and you can read this manifesto. But I think it's just like more meaningful when it comes through with my voice. So I wanted to read it. Abundance is the divine design.
You can count the seeds of an apple, but only God knows how many apples exist in the seed. When you operate from the understanding that abundance is all there is, you put down the idea that lack and scarcity are the only ways to function in life and business. Regardless of circumstances, regardless of whether your business is working right this moment the way that you want it to or not. Number two, you are the cause.
We know that the money, clients, success, opportunities, and prosperity we create in business are the result. We are the cause. The business is the effect. With our beliefs, way of being, spoken words, aligned action, and expectancy of what is to come, we create it. What the highest version of you wants is good for the world.
Our desires and visions are like little lights on our path. They guide us to decisions that will bless our lives, our families, our communities, and the world. The vision came to you because you are the one meant to steward it. We emulate the creator by unleashing our creativity in life and business, which are the ultimate creative acts. This is the big one that I've been contemplating for myself and my clients. Your emotional reality of abundance is the real prize.
Your full life experience, the joy, wonder, creativity, aliveness, peace of mind, love, thrill, and awe you live on a day-to-day experience is what the work is all about. We didn't come to this planet to accumulate a bunch of stuff. We came for the thrill and mystery of creation. We came to feel and experience life force energy flowing through us.
The stuff of life, the money, the cars, the houses, the trips, clothes, etc. are nice to have but are only a piece of the whole. Okay, business is a pathway and portal for you and others to experience prosperity and fuller self-expression. We are sovereign creators in life, which means entrepreneurship is a natural expression of our values. Be a gracious giver and receiver.
Getting into the flow of abundance means we understand that giving and receiving are both doorways for experiencing abundance fully. They are interrelated. Next one. The way appears as we act in faith. We don't have to have the whole picture clear in order to move fearlessly towards what we want. Faith is a creative substance that unlocks visible and invisible forces in support for our highest good. Sometimes we don't know how before we get started and faith is what keeps us in the game. And finally, until it works, we observe it working.
We look for the godwinks, synchronicities, intuitive nudges, conversations, and little miracles along the way. We don't believe you have to suffer your way to what you want. It's not that it's not working, it's that you're in the middle of the unfolding. And the unfolding is what you came for. It's the experience of the unfolding we like, the anticipation, the joy of creation, the pieces coming together that makes being a conscious creator so fun.
And that's the vibe of House of Abundance. And I really feel it in my bones. I mean this is the work that people come to me for. People come to me for business but when we start working together like it expands into so much more. My private clients are probably laughing because they know that that's so true. They initially come because they're working on solving a problem in their business and then conversations become so much bigger, so much richer, so much more meaningful, so much more debt than business. Business is a portal for sure.
Business is part of what we do and sometimes that means we talk about strategy and we talk about offers and we talk about, you know, your business model and we talk about a plan for a launch and we talk about your ideal client avatar. And there's so much more to the conversation that I have and I think House of Abundance reflects that.
And so as I've been thinking about this year and the culmination of all the lessons and the decisions that I've made and the person that I've become, House of Abundance just feels like the next step for me. And what I'm really excited about is I actually hesitate to share this part. Do I say it? Yeah I'm gonna say it. I actually didn't know if I was gonna say this part. But I changed the price. This is actually like the lowest priced year-long experience I've ever done with me as the leader.
You know, when I did the Quiet Wealth Collective it was a group coaching experience that included other mentors, right, the Quiet Wealth mentors who I love so much. But the House of Abundance is me and it's the lowest price point which is $1,200 for the year right now. I don't know if that'll be the price forever if you're listening to this in the future but for right now in 2025 and in 2026 the price is $1,200 for the year or $120 a month which is exciting to me because it feels like not an easy yes where there's like no commitment because there is a commitment.
It's a year-long program. But the price point reflects like I want you to be able to invest in other things if all we do together is the group, right. My higher level clients, my one-on-one clients in the MiracleMind, we do different work. We can have that conversation if you're listening to this and you think that that might be a fit. You can go to itsambersmith.com/miracle-mind. That'll be in the show notes too. But for House of Abundance it's like you want to be in this work with me.
You want the learnings and the teachings and the access to getting coached in a group format. You want to be in the work. I am including a book club which I'm really excited about again and a lot of my clients love reading the book that I talk about because it becomes like an inner experience for you. So that will be a part of House of Abundance is like a monthly book club where I bring unique and non-mainstream books into your awareness for you to study and to discuss and ask me about. So I'm excited about that too.
And of course like the portal where it's like our community space where you can ask questions and get coaching and ask for resources from me or the group and post your links and ask for feedback and ask for coaching and share your wins and share your reflections, right. I post prompts in there and and so I'm excited about what's next. I'm excited for House of Abundance. I feel like it reflects the work that I do which is so much more than just like entrepreneur strategy. You guys all know that because you listen to this podcast.
Strategy is part of it though because one of the things that I'm going to be teaching in some of the curriculum that's coming into House of Abundance is the integrated trifecta which is just new terminology for me of something that I've always taught which is like mind, body, spirit, creation. You need integration. So on the 3D plane of business, right, business is a three-dimensional creation which means skills of copywriting and launching and making offers and communicating sales messages is an important part of business.
You can't skip that part even if you have the most abundant mindset in the world, right. We still need to include some of the skills of business so that's going to be included and like I mentioned that is not the end-all be-all or else you could copy someone's strategy and get the same results and we know that that's not true because you have your own emotional reality going on. You have your own frequency. Your clients have their own frequency. There's energetics.
There's a conversation about mindset. There's a conversation about conscious creation that we have to have because strategy alone is not it and we know it especially if you're listening to a podcast like this. There's so much more and there's so much more to your life than business success which is why I'm excited to have a conversation about abundance that extends beyond just like your financials.
What I love about the group that I've been working with is like we talk about dating. We talk about marriage. We talk about relationships. We talk about parenting. We talk about life experience. We talk about spirituality. We talk about joy. We talk about creativity. So much more life force energy than just in your business but the business is a part.
It's integral too and so we can't exclude one and so it really is about inclusivity and your whole life. How do you create an abundant life in business? That's what the House of Abundance is about so I'm really excited about it. This is your formal invitation from me to read about it. Join us in 2026. If you feel to if it feels aligned you can read about it at itsambersmith.com/house and if you have any questions or need to chat about it you can send me a message on instagram @itsambersmith.
I'm always available for questions if it's a good fit for you etc. Yeah I hope you guys are having a magical holiday season with your families with your loved ones. I think it's such a special time of year to really tune in to abundance. Not just like the theory but the lived experience. The emotional reality of abundance is all there is in looking for the magic.
Looking for the synchronicities. Looking for where you know your parents are never going to be this young again. Your kids will never be this young again. You will never be this young again. You will never have this season back. Life is fleeting and that makes it magical. One of my daughters the other day before we go I'm going to share this story she's like mom why do people have to die? Why can't we live forever?
And I remember thinking about I heard a quote that was like in Greek the Greek gods were jealous of humans because we're mortal. And the gods were jealous because it made life more beautiful that we die. And so I didn't share that exactly with my daughter but I kind of helped her see things that begin in time end in time and there's a sense of wonder about that. The fact that it ends makes it more meaningful.
The fact that your kids grow older makes this age more amazing. The fact that your parents are aging and will die makes your relationship with them sweet. The fact that you and your partner are getting older means that this phase of life is special no matter what phase of life you're in because it ends.
And I think there's an element of abundance to that even the ending of our lives right even the changing of seasons the changing of phases that we're in with parenting and relationships and all of it the fact that it transforms and changes makes this moment so incredible. Present moment abundance. I have a whole episode on that you can scroll back that's an old episode but worth it. Present moment abundance.
That's my encouragement is like look for the magic look for the abundance of what is in front of you. Create an emotional reality that you're experiencing joy and expansion now you don't have to wait for that. Where you're looking for the good you're looking for the little moments that just feel so amazing that you're so grateful and appreciative of like that's the magic don't miss it. Okay I hope you have a Merry Christmas for those of you who celebrate Christmas.
I hope you have a magical holiday season during this time of year it's so special. I'm excited to spend Christmas with my family in Disney World. I'm gonna do a whole episode on Disney World once it's done just like the creation of it and my mindset and the mega expenses we took on to make it an amazing week for my family and I and all of that will come later once I've done it with my family so follow along on Instagram if you want to see the magic that we are going through. I'm going to share a little bit of our trip so I'm excited to do that. I love you guys.
