Welcome back to the podcast. What the heck is MTOP and why am I calling it that for the episode title? You're going to find out. This is an acronym that I use with my clients and I've been thinking about it a lot. You know, last week we talked about the offer extravaganza and some of my clients, like I said, are doing it this month, which is really fun.
Maybe you are inspired to do it as well. So today's episode is more of a conceptual backing to money through other people, M-T-O-P. And so when I first found coaching and entrepreneurship, I read a book called You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero. Then I started reading other books like Happy Pocketful of Money. I read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
And then I read The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Waddles. I read The Game of Life and How to Play it by Florence Shin. I read Abundance by John Randolph Price, or The Abundance Book, I mean. All these spiritual, conceptual books about making money. And my mind was blown. I was like, oh my gosh, we have a wealth frequency, money is energy, I can be an energetic match for money, and I still teach this stuff. In fact, I'm teaching it in Quantum Play.
I'll make sure Allyse adds the link to the show notes. Quantum Play is elevating your wealth energetics by understanding the law of potentiality. And so that's the spiritual concept of money. We get paid for ideas, but how it actually enters your bank account. Like if I were to ask you the question, where is your money going to come from? We wouldn't say like the universe. That's part of it. We would say money through other people, M-T-O-P.
All the money that you want exists in someone else's bank account right now. That was my big aha as I was studying wealth energetics, as I was studying law of attraction, as I was studying the energy of money and how to create more and how to elevate your wealth identity and all these things. At the end of the day, no amount of thinking and believing is going to make money come to you without a channel or a portal for money to come through, which is getting paid from other people.
And this sounds basic, but most people don't realize this, right? All the money that you want, let's say you want to have a $50,000 month.That money exists in other people's bank accounts right now. And so part of the work is becoming an energetic match to those people who want to pay you. But also part of it is learning how to serve. If you're in Unlock Your Abundance, we read this together, but this is from the book Prosperity by Richard Redd, the author of The Gene Keys. He says, to prosper is to serve.
The above statement, simple though it sounds, unlocks another of life's great secrets that through giving our time in service to a higher purpose, we can find a shortcut to prosperity. This is the mystical version of a get-rich-quick program. When our heart opens fully in the Venus sequence, which is another aspect of The Gene Keys, it naturally floods us with the urge to share our love as widely as possible.
Unconditional love is a kind of healthy pressure inside us, like a lustrous rain cloud looking for a dry pasture to fall upon. Most of the world's great mystical traditions and religions have this urge to do good at their heart. The trick is to do good for the right reason and in the right way at the right time. Time out from the passage, but that line reminds me of Wallace Waddle's book The Science of Getting Rich.
He talks about doing things in a certain way, like with full belief that you're going to get compensated, with full belief that it's all going to work out, with full and honest wanting to help another person. So he says, the trick is to do good for the right reason in the right way at the right time. Your pearl sequence will help you see how and where you are best designed to serve your higher purpose. The urge to be of service, although highly noble, can also be a great inner trap.
It is one of the many ways in which the shadow frequency can distract us from our own deeper issues. Sometimes we give in order not to have to receive. I read this passage to the people in Unlock Your Abundance and I was like, we're going to read that again, so I'm going to read it again one more time. Sometimes we give in order not to have to receive. For many of us, receiving love is the thing we secretly yearn for the most, and it is also the thing we fear the most. To prosper, our lives must be an equal balance of giving and receiving.
We must serve ourselves, our relationships, and the world in equal measure. You can look again at your own life and see whether any of these areas are overweight or underweight. The pearl will help you redress this balance. We may be wealthy on the material plane but unlucky in love, or we may have a loving relationship but struggle with money. Prosperity cannot be compartmentalized, but it is a total phenomenon, embracing all aspects of our lives simultaneously. It is unifying, simple, and surprisingly easy to bring into your life.
And so today's episode is about the money piece, right? Like how do you actually bring money into your life? And it's always, always, always through other people. It can be a gift. It can be a sale. It can be an inheritance. It can be you trading something. It can be you selling something. It can be them signing up to work with you. It could be them buying one of your services or products. It could be working for a job, but it always and only comes through other people.
One of the questions that I got asked by a client was like, but what if I like find money? I'm like, well, someone dropped it, right? Like it still is coming through someone. And so sometimes when we pray for money, I remember I used to like when I was trying to figure out money and things were stressful in my household, I still remember praying at the kitchen table like help me figure out money. And one of the things that I realized is that God answers prayers through other people.
So if you are praying for money, the way that you're going to create money is by serving someone else or having someone else give you money, whether that's through gifts, whether that's through an inheritance, whether that's through exchange, whether that's through a sale. This is going to be repeated throughout this episode. Because so many times I see people who get stuck making money. It's like they think it's going to be some miraculous event.
And I'm all for miracles. As you know, I signed many of my emails like to the unfolding miracles. I believe in miracles, but I believe miracles are co-created with people. I believe God answers prayers through other people. And we can also be an answer to prayer. And so this is where wealth energetics comes. When we become givers and receivers of money, we give money and we receive money. And I like to say I'm a portal for prosperity. And so money comes through me, money leaves me, but money is always flowing. So money comes in, money goes out.
So I can be an answer to prayer to other people, whether that's through giving, whether that's through hiring them, whether that's through paying for my house to be cleaned or hiring my own coaches or signing up for a program, paying my utility bill. Like there's so many ways that money comes through me to other people. So I am an answer to people's prayers. One of the things that I've thought a lot about is like my house cleaner is an example. I pay her.
So like the more money I make, the more capacity I have to pay for support. She is on the other end in her house, praying for clients, praying for people who want to pay for their house to be cleaned. And when I called her and said, can you take me on as a client? And she said, yes. Like I was an answer to her prayer in some way. Just like I imagine when I put out my offers to the world and my clients say yes, that's how I create money in my life. And so money is a huge co-creation. The universe delivers money through other people.
God delivers financial resources through other people. Like that is actually how it happens. And the reason that I say not from other people, but through is I would say this is where the spiritual concept comes in. Like the source of money is God. Like all good things come from God. There's a great book I mentioned earlier. It's called The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price. And okay, let's say like I have $100. Where did that $100 come from? I pulled it out of the bank. Okay, where did the bank get it from?
The bank has all these like codes in the computer, right? But if we trace it back far enough, we start to get to natural resources, right? Like livestock, oil, agriculture, diamonds, gold, silver, copper, dirt, wood, right? We get into natural resources that we exchange for money. Money is representative of value and energetics that we can exchange with each other. And so the source of value, the source, your source, however you want to think about it, is a spiritual understanding that you are always 100% provided for by the superconscious, by infinite intelligence.
In God's universe, there is provision, the source. Now, money flows through other people, M-T-O-P, money through other people. And so if we want to talk about the resource of actual cash, we're going to be dealing with human beings, period. The end. And so if you have been praying for a better financial situation, if you have been desiring, not even from need, just from want, most of my private clients, it's like they're past needing money.
They're into the desire land. Like, I want to fund my dream life. I want to travel. I want the kind of car that I want to drive. I want more resources to buy the house or to go on a vacation or to get the support in my home that I really want. It's about the energy of desire. Still, it's money through other people. And so last week we talked about the offer extravaganza, and I thought we could build on that conversation that offers are a bridge of creating money through other people. Making offers is how we do this. And so that line in the book, to prosper is to serve.
It changes everything. This has completely changed the way that I see billionaires. It's completely changed the way that I see megacorporations. There are levels and tiers of value that these people create, which is why they're so abundant and wealthy. I think about Jeff Bezos as an example. He has layers of value, right? He created Amazon. Amazon employs people. Amazon creates stock value, the stock market for people to own stock in Amazon value.
Amazon creates benefits for people. I had family members that worked for Amazon where they paid for health insurance. They provided employment. Millions of people are impacted by Amazon from a perspective of employment and cash, like ownership, people who own stock in Amazon. That's not even talking about the value that they create for the consumers. Who has Amazon Prime? Who watches Prime Video?
Who orders groceries and products and makeup and toys and clothes from Amazon? I do. And so there's value as the consumer. And then you think about the truck drivers and the postal system that has benefited because Amazon ships in two days. On a very silly level, we watch the Beast games on Amazon Prime. Mr. Beast has a platform besides YouTube, obviously, but he created an amazing program on Amazon and me and my family watched it together and it created value for our family. And so you think about the ripple effect.
Of course, Jeff Bezos is going to be super mega wealthy. Look how much value he adds to the world. To prosper is to serve. And so I never judge rich people because I'm like, they just created more value in the world than me. If someone is richer than me, they've found a way to help more people than me in different ways. Doesn't mean I'm going to start the next Amazon, but it's just good to think about. If someone's making more money, this is the mirror.
They're making a bigger ripple effect than you. And that's not a judgment. It's just like something to get curious about. And so part of that value is learning how to impact people, to be great at your craft. But also part of the value is learning how to sell and ask for money, that giving and receiving. I can only receive if I open up myself to receiving it and asking for it. In fact, one of the stories I love to tell, I learned this from Kathy Heller's book. She was talking about the Kabbalah.
If you haven't read Kathy Heller's book, Abundant Ever After, highly recommend it. We did it in the Quiet World Book Club. Super good. But she tells the story of the professor who had an apple and he kept offering it to the student and the student went to take it. So you can imagine the professor holding out the apple and the student reaching out his hand to take the apple and the professor would rip the apple away and not give it to him.
And like the whole class was waiting for the student to get the lesson. And so the student kept reaching for the apple and the professor would hide it. He kept offering it and then he would take it away. And it wasn't until the student put his hands open, almost like if you can imagine, you know, you put your pinkies together, your thumbs up and you open your hands so that the professor could drop the apple into his hand. Receiving mode on.
We're not trying to take something. We're trying to be open to receive. And I use this example with clients, like when you have your hands open, ready to receive, like that's what energetically we do when we make offers. We're like, I'm ready to receive because money comes through other people. And if you want someone to give you money, we want to exchange energetically like this is how nature stays in balance. And so they want something of value back. That's our offer.
So if prosperity is created through service, if money comes through other people, how we problem solve cash flow problems is how am I making offers that people want to trade money for? Like I've been mind blown. My business is such a beautiful place to be because like this is what I imagined when I started my business. Things are working and flowing so much better than obviously when I started because I've learned the skills of marketing.
I've learned the skills of sales. I've also learned the energetics of wealth, which we're going to talk about a lot in quantum play, like elevate your wealth energetics, because part of it is how you hold yourself, what you believe. But then the repercussions of that, the physicality of that becomes asking for money because I believe money is an infinite resource, because I believe that money is good for the world, that when I make more money, the world is better.
Like I really believe that. I'm willing to ask and I'm willing to ask a lot. One of the things that is also another aha for me is like people who are making more money are just either asking for more money or asking more people for money than me. And they're asking because they believe in the value that they're creating money through other people. And so part of the work is how do you be an energetic match so that people want to pay you? This is where that principle of needing nothing is so important. It doesn't mean that you don't have needs.
It's that when you're looking at someone who wants to buy something from you, that you need nothing from that person so that you can make an offer in squeaky clean energy so that you can make an offer that serves them. And then them paying you is like the natural progression of that relationship, that they want to pay you money through other people. And so the next time you're like, I want to have a 20K month, you almost have to flip that in your mind where it's like, okay, like how many people could I serve to create that?
And then you get to play with the numbers, right? So like if you want a 20K month, you could sell two things for $10,000. You could sell 10 things for $2,000. You can sell 20 things for $1,000. You can sell five things for $4,000. You know, you can do the math and kind of play with what you could sell to make that happen. And then when you do that, it's like, this is how I'm creating value for these people. This is what I want to offer in exchange, which we talked about last week in the offer extravaganza.
In the offer extravaganza, even though we talked about it in a way that's like condensing it into a month, this is what business is. Businesses are like long-term, zoomed out offer extravaganzas, where you make offers in the spirit of service, in the spirit of abundance, and create money through other people. M-T-O-P. And so yes, like I love teaching like the quantum field. I love teaching manifestation the way that I like to talk about manifestation because action is still required.
I love teaching about being an energetic match to more money. But at the end of the day, you're dealing with human beings. And so learning the psychology of buying, I've been on a kick of like speaking to your ideal buyer, of hanging out with people who have a higher wealth consciousness, elevating your wealth consciousness so that you see value differently. Wealthy people value time, and they exchange money to get time back.
And so if you can help people get time back, they'll pay you, if you can convey that. So part of adding value is also learning how to articulate value. That's copywriting. That's marketing. That's a sales page. That's a sales conversation. That's a skill that you can develop so that money comes through other people to you. They want to give it to you because they see and understand the value that you're offering. This changed everything for me in my business.
It was not just having amazing thoughts about money. That's half of the equation. Having amazing thoughts and beliefs, believing that money's there to support you, believing that you're provided for, believing that money is good, believing that you get paid in all ways, all ways, believing that money is created, that you're creating it now, that money flows to you, that clients come to you from places known and unknown. All these beliefs support this conversation.
And then, once you've done the belief work, once you've elevated your wealth consciousness, you ask for money. You make offers. You have links available for people to hit buy now. You offer sales conversations. You create clients. You sell your products and your services in a compelling way. All of these skills come from the beliefs you have about money. And so it is a conversation about beliefs, and it is also a conversation of practicality.
If you want more money, figure out how to articulate your value and make offers. Open your hands to receive money through other people. We're going to talk in depth about this in quantum play. A lot, especially women, they're really afraid to ask for what they want. And so they don't get specific.
So we're going to talk about the power of specificity and the power of nonresistance. And we're going to talk about the behave, be, have model. Behavior is a combination of being and having. And we're going to talk about that in depth, too. So this is about the having. We're going to talk about my practices and rituals and how I journal and how even like routines that I do in my life that help me have money.
And then we're going to talk about the subconscious, the conscious and the super conscious mind and how to interact with each of those things. You're subconscious, you're conscious mind and super conscious. And then we're going to talk about money through other people. If you take quantum play, you will become an energetic match for more money because I'm walking through all the steps that I've done in my own life. It's changed everything.
It's not just woo, right? I mean, part of it is. It's like a spiritual understanding of where things come from and how things actually work. But it's also a very practical program. So it's one thing to understand what the quantum field is. It's a whole nother thing to know how to interact with it and how to create that way.
