Hey, you guys, welcome back to the podcast, Abundant Heart. I'm glad you're here. Today is going to be a hefty episode. We're talking principles of co-creation today, and it's inspired by a lot of what I have going on. So if you're familiar with human design, I'm a manifesting generator. And part of my design is I have a lot of ideas. And so I just respond to the world around me. I respond to conversations I have. And what that leads to for me is a lot of ideas out in the world, which I love. I'm super inspired by it. I enjoy it.
So right now I have a program called Lighthouse Mentorship, which is, you know, people who are solo printers, creators, one person businesses. I mentor them. I have another group called the Art of Impossible, where we're achieving an impossible goal and it's been super fun. And then I have another group called the Money Mind, which is all about money mindset. And then I have another group inside the Quiet Wealth Membership. We're going over universal laws. And so I was sitting here thinking, you know, what do I want to create for my podcast this week?
And kind of the themes that have been coming up in all of my groups. What could I share that could tie it together? What are the overlapping concepts that would be easy to talk about today? And, you know, it dropped in principles of co-creation, which is honestly a huge theme in everything that I do with clients. It's not new. It's not something that I like pretend doesn't happen. I definitely infuse it into all of my coaching. I believe in the principles of co-creation. I teach the principles of co-creation and I live them.
And so when I was writing down all these ideas, I realized how hefty this episode is. It is going to be a lot. It is going to be a lot of principles. And so if it feels like I'm, you know, fire hosing you with information, come back. You don't have to consume it all at once. That being said, I think it will put a lot of the puzzle pieces together in a way that I haven't put them together before. So I made this huge list of all the principles that I want and it filled a whole page. I mean, there's just so many things that go into the principles of co-creation.
And so what I want to define co-creation from my perspective, before we jump in to me, there's what I can do and then there's what God can do, what the universe can do and what other people can do. And together we co-create in my life. And I am a co-creator in other people's lives. Right. And the way that I see it is like I am not solely responsible for my success. I'm not solely responsible for my kids' success. I'm not solely responsible for my clients' success. Everything is an act and an art of co-creation.
And so to me, the principles of co-creation is like, how do you get what you want? Understanding that it's not only up to you. There are moving parts that are way bigger than you.
God, universe, other people that I'll refer to. And I also think there's this element of collaboration. So I use co-creation as like a collaboration towards my dreams that I believe that God and other people and my family and my clients and me all work together to create what I want, just like I play a part in other people's co-creative process.
So specifically, the people that I co-create with are obviously like my husband and my daughters, but also my clients. And I would even say that this podcast right now is a form of co-creation. And I've heard that feedback a lot that people will listen to my podcast on the drive or on a walk. In fact, that's probably what you're doing right now. Hi. And then they use the concepts that I share and teach and they apply it in their own life, which I think of as co-creation.
I also see my coaching and mentorship as co-creation for my clients' businesses and marriages and lives and parenting and spirituality, all the things that I coach on.
I actually was just having a conversation this morning that what I do in a lot of my private client sessions is less about business strategy and much more about co-creating what they want. And it's not just business. So, I mean, that's part of what we do, but it's along the lines of like full self expression in their relationships, in their spirituality, in conversations with God, in how they show up for their clients, their financial prosperity and their relationship with money and their relationship with themselves, their own well-being, their happiness, their joy, their nervous system regulation, all of that. All of that is on the table in one on one.
But throughout all of those aspects of our work together, there's this golden thread of co-creation. And so when I think about what I do with clients and what I want to share on this episode, the first thing that came to my mind was we are creators. So we came to create. We are made in the likeness of God, which means we create because God is the ultimate creator.
Right. And so we have in us naturally the desire to create things. And this does not mean artist.
There's a great book called The Creative Act. I've read from it on this podcast, The Creative Act by Rick Rubin.
And I love that book because it's not just like art as in like you have a paintbrush and a canvas and you're painting. It could be writing. It could be organizing closets. It could be coaching. It could be parenting. It could be keeping up your home. It could be running or walking or working out. We want to express ourselves. And I would even say like we are creators because we live our lives. We came to earth to live. And that is a form of creation. And so because we are creators, we love this game. We love to play. We love to see what's possible.
We love to experience life. That's why our souls are here. We came to experience ourselves and the concepts that we might understand intellectually. We came to experience it because God is the ultimate creator and we are creators. That's what we're up to. We're creating ourselves here. And so that is the foundation of everything that we're going to talk about today. We want to create. It feels fun. I remember hearing a quote from Tony Robbins, and he said, I can summarize happiness with one word progress.
And the way that I would say that now is like I can summarize happiness in a phrase, I guess, is like creating what you want. And that is always what we're up to. It changes and it evolves. It's something that we're going to talk about today. It's not that you create one thing and then you're done. It's that you're always creating what's next and you're always getting contrast to create what you want. That's what we're up to in life. When we think about it in that lens, all of this becomes more eternal. It's the word that comes to me, right? We never want to stop creating.
And so I remember and maybe you do, too, when I was growing up in elementary school, there's a lot of focus on what you want to be and what do you want to do when you grow up? Lots of future focus. And it was so exhilarating and exciting. And then you get to high school and college and it gets a little bit more serious. What kind of profession, what kind of major, what kind of degree so that you can have a job so that you can provide for your family? And then you graduate from college and you get the job.
And then we've kind of put on pause, what are you creating next? And what I love about what I do with clients is that that question is like very front and center. What are we creating next? And that's why I love business. What are we creating next? And I think that that is at the heart of what I want to share. And like I said, because God is a creator, we are, too. And so it never ends. And I think we are more happy when we are pursuing and creating and fulfilling our potential, because our potential is I like to think of like potential equals infinity.
There's always more. There's always higher levels of success, higher levels of joy, higher levels of fulfillment, higher levels of impact, higher levels of prosperity, higher levels of love. There is an infinite amount that we can go for. And that's not a bad thing because we love making progress. We love expansion. And when we play that game and when we submit to the process instead of fighting it, instead of making it where we are wrong, right, because I think it could be easy to think, oh, there's things that I want to create that I haven't created yet.
Therefore, where I am now is wrong or not enough or bad. And what I've loved to, I guess, experience and then now teach, and that's what the foundation of my book Quiet Wealth is about, is you don't have to hate where you are to create what's next. You can love the process. You can love the unfolding. That's the spirit of co-creation to me, is like you are in collaboration with life based on your own soul evolution and the people around you. It's so fun when you think about it that way, like it's a creative experience.
And so with that as the foundation, let's jump into the principles of co-creation. So the first thing that I want to talk about is levels of energy or the emotional scale, because this will give us a frame for how to think of these different tools. I was first introduced to the emotional scale from Abraham Hicks, and then I read a book called Levels of Energy by Frederick Dodson and another book that I'll reference is The Map of Human Consciousness by David R. Hawkins.
All three of those books played a huge role in my understanding of levels of energy, because this is what I've learned. Not all tools are appropriate for your current level of energy. And what I mean by that is, you know, the tool that's available to you when you feel powerless is not the same tool that will resonate when you are in bliss or satisfaction or love. And so if you study the emotional scale, you can see it kind of moves from powerlessness at the bottom and then like ecstasy or enlightenment, bliss, peace at the top. Right.
And then there's a gradient and a range of emotions and states and consciousness levels moving up the scale. And so this was huge for me because I realized for my clients and I started to see this intuitively when I would coach a client, if they're crying, right, it's not the time to say, let's manifest your dreams, you know, if they're going through something heavy, if they're having a painful life experience, it is not the time to introduce, like, let's visualize your highest self manifesting your dream mansion on an island. I mean, like it didn't make sense. And so I would just meet them where they were at and we would choose better feeling thoughts throughout our session today as we trended up.
And if you've taken my course, Art of Deep Coaching, this is something that I teach. I think this is what coaches role is with their clients, which is how do I help my clients choose better feeling thoughts no matter where they're at on the scale? Because it's not, quote, bad to be on the lower half of the scale. It's just good awareness for you to understand. Whereas like if my client comes to me, that's more neutral or maybe feeling more courageous on a call, our coaching will be a little bit different because they're already on the upper half of the scale.
And this isn't to say that the lower half is bad. There's no judgment. It's just a good awareness. So I know what tools will even resonate with my client. I had a lot of people ask me if I would do a certification for this because I think this style of coaching is very different than many other styles. But I think when you have awareness of where your client is at, you'll know which tools to pull in. So if I have a client who's super enthusiastic, who's feeling a lot of joy, who's excited about their business and their life, that would be a great time to kind of future vision cast.
Wouldn't it be cool if dot dot dot, if all things are possible, what would you really love? Those kinds of questions. What kinds of clients would you really like to call in? Those high level, high vibe, very interesting and exciting types of questions. But that's not always available depending on where you're at on the scale. And so co-creation, the first thing that you have to know is be aware of where you're at emotionally and consciously. Where is your level of consciousness? Where is your level of energy in the present moment?
Because if you're not aware of that, you might try tools that don't resonate, that don't work, that might even be more painful. There was a season of my career, I guess, when I first started reading a book called Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins, great book, where I struggle with depression and the tools that I needed were more physiological base. I needed someone to help me change my state. I needed someone to help me change the meaning that I was giving my life in certain situations and basic thought work.
So choosing different feeling thoughts to give me more power back, to give me more perspective, to give me more grace. Some of the tools that I now use wouldn't have even resonated for me, like visualization, like my dream life, like believing in impossible goals. I couldn't even think of an impossible goal. I was in pain. I was struggling. I couldn't even think about getting to the next day. I had like a mist because I was on a very low vibration. Like I said, low vibration doesn't mean bad. It's just where I was.
So what I needed was a different kind of tool, right? I needed personal power. I needed to believe that I could feel better. I needed to believe that I was a creator of my experience, that I wasn't a victim. Some of those thoughts that came to me were more empowering than anything on the higher scale because it was relevant to where I was at. Hopefully that makes sense. And so because we are aware of where we're at, then all these other tools start to make sense. When I'm feeling good, I might reach for amazing feeling thoughts.
I might spend time making a vision board. I might spend time journaling my ideal day. I might talk with Wesley about our bucket list together. I might write down the type of client that my next level client that I would love to work with. Those kinds of things become available and resonant. If I'm not in a great space, maybe something hard happened or I'm just feeling more doubt and worry, I am not going to reach for those visualizations about my dream life. It just feels too out of reach. And so the first phase is awareness of where you're at.
That is a very powerful principle of co-creation. Then we can also kind of play with tools. The other tool that I wrote down is micro faith versus macro faith. This is something that I teach my clients, because when you learn thought work, a lot of times we go to macro faith. Like we believe something like it's all working in my favor. My success is inevitable. Everything is figureoutable. Those kinds of thoughts are useful. The biggest place that I teach micro faith is in a business context, right?
Micro faith is about specific things happening that make your dreams come true. Like there is a client on my email list who wants to book a consult today. That's micro faith. It's in this moment. It's a specific result. And I think in business, to co-create in business, you need to have some, I would say, aligned micro faith statements. Like my clients are already in my orbit. Someone wants to hear about my offer one more time today. People are ready for my launch. This group serves and supports my ideal clients. The pricing is available to my best clients, right?
My best clients want to pay me. Those kinds of thoughts are micro faith. And I think if I had to share something that has gotten me into action, we're going to talk about right action or aligned action or inspired action in a second. It's because I've developed micro faith. I believe in the one person on my email list. I believe in the one singular person who listens to my podcast and books a consult. I believe in referrals. I believe that clients find me from places known and unknown and are finding me today. I believe my best clients reach out to me.
Some of these statements that I have worked on believing for years are micro faith. And so sometimes we need macro faith because it feels better. It feels more zoomed out. It feels more detached. And sometimes we need to activate some more powerful micro faith to create something that we want to create, especially in business, where we are co-creating with other people, where the money comes through a very specific channel versus belief in money in general. And so we use our words and we're going to talk about this later, too, to create a feeling and a belief. And a possibility that is within my reach today, that's micro faith, right?
I can do something about it today. My clients are not in the future. My financial success is not in the future. It's happening right now. That's micro faith. And so let's talk about right action. Some people call it aligned action or inspired action. My favorite of those is inspired action when I'm reaching for better feeling thoughts, when I'm believing in possibilities, when I remember that abundance is all there is, when I am tuned into the magic and the miracles. When I am believing that I am favored and blessed, when I believe God has my back and God is co-creating with me, when I believe that God's universe is designed to deliver me what I want.
Some of those beliefs used to be really challenging for me. But when I believe those things, I feel inspired to take action. And that's what I think if I had to share what makes my work different is that it's not just about sitting on your couch manifesting what you want, right? It's about believing and doing the thought work to get yourself in a state where the action becomes pretty clear or like it feels like a natural extension of where you're at. So I'll give you an example that I gave some of my clients a few months ago.
I was like, I would really like to create a few one on one clients. And then every time I started to talk about it on social media, every time I went to post about it on my Instagram stories, it just felt kind of clunky. And so I asked myself, like, what would I really like to create here? And I was like, I would like to create a situation where my best clients reach out to me. And so I made a statement of micro faith. My best clients reach out to me. And I really believe that. And I had a lot of evidence and I started feeling inspired by that.
And then I felt inspired to write an email where I said, I'm enrolling new one on one clients. If you'd like to discuss if this is a good fit for you, respond to this email. That was my inspired action. And I ended up signing three clients from that email because I really believe it was micro faith, co-creation, right action or aligned action or inspired action. So it's not that you don't do anything. It's that the action comes from your belief.
And that has changed my life and business more than most tools I've ever learned, when my action comes from my belief, from the energetic shifts in my being, where I'm believing that it's all working, where I'm believing that I'm supportive, where I'm believing that I'm co-creating, that money wants to come to me, that clients want to work with me, right, that feeling, then my action is way more energetically powerful than when I try to overcome my fear with action. And I wanted to talk about that, too. Because I see this in business with entrepreneurs a lot where there's fear and they try to outwork their fear.
So they post more, they share more, they invite more, they speak more, they DM more. And it's this frantic energy. And I'm not saying action is bad. That's not what I'm saying at all. Action is good, especially in business. We have to be taking action. But where the energy is coming from, where the action comes from, can change everything. And so sometimes, and this is why levels of energy is so important, sometimes if you're feeling doubt and worry, the best thing that you can do is to write a post, write the email, record the podcast, write the blog, send the DM, because it gets you into a spirit of service. And that's a higher energy frequency than fear.
But this is like for more advanced people, I would say, when you're used to managing and monitoring and watching your thoughts, when you know that your thoughts become things, when you know that you attract what you are, right, you start to use your words and your thoughts more diligently. When you're in that phase, I think it's better to tend to your conscious beliefs before you take action. So I'll give you an example that I just shared with a client. She was talking about getting in the flow for writing emails because it felt sticky to her. And she's like, I've written lots of emails, but they always feel a little sticky.
And I was like, well, then I would just take five minutes before you write the email to get into alignment, to believe thoughts on purpose. So sit down, get a little piece of paper out. What do you want to believe about your email? And she's like, okay, like I want to believe that people are looking forward to my email. I want to believe that my email resonates with my people. I want to believe that people love reading. I want to believe that my words live in their minds and it supports them and their relationships. And I was like, doesn't that feel better?
And she's like, oh, it does. She's like, okay, I'm going to do that. And so sometimes all it takes is a little tending to our thoughts, our conscious thoughts before we take action. That's inspired action. So it doesn't mean that you wait around for inspiration to strike. This podcast episode is a great example, too. I was sitting on my chair in my office knowing that I wanted to create a podcast and nothing was really standing out to me. And so I like put my hand on my heart, took a big breath and just like relaxed. I didn't try to force it. I wasn't like, I have to make this podcast.
I was like, that's okay, I'll come back to it. So I had lunch with my daughter outside. I cleaned up lunch, came back in and I was like, okay, like what am I feeling? And I kind of looked at my books because I do that a lot. I'll look at my books for inspiration, like what books are speaking to me and nothing really spoke to me. Then I was like, that's okay. Okay, like what's the energy that I really want to bring to this podcast? And I was like, I want to bring the energy that I've been bringing to my coaching sessions. I've been bringing creation vibes.
I've been coaching pretty powerfully about money and prosperity and alignment. And then I thought about all the like I started this episode, like the money mind and Lighthouse mentorship and universal laws, art of impossible. What's the golden thread? And I was like co-creation. And then that's when it dropped. I want to teach on the podcast about principles of co-creation. And then I couldn't stop writing. And so sometimes when you're feeling stuck creatively, it's like all it takes is a little shifting inside of you.
What's the energy that you want to bring to this relationship? What's the energy you want to bring to this Instagram post? What's the energy you want to bring to this email? What's the energy you want to bring with this conversation with your spouse? What's the energy you want to bring when you pick up your kids from school? Right. Like you can use this for anything and you will be shocked at how much it will flow better when you just take the time to do that. I experienced that today. I actually just taught this in Lighthouse.
We talked about your word is your wand. And so the creative power of your word is absolutely a part of co-creation. So the words that you speak matter. And there's a great book. So the first time that I heard like impeccable with your word, that's the phrase. It comes from the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It's like a self-help classic. I highly recommend it. But the first agreement is be impeccable with your word. The next time that I read a book about your word was from Florence Shin in The Game of Life and How to Play It.
And she talked about speaking with power. So when you say I can't afford it and your word is creative. You create it. And at first it was overwhelming to me because I was like, well, what if it's just true that you can't afford it? Or what if it's just true that money isn't there for you? And what I learned is with micro faith, when you believe that your word is creative, you use your word differently. And this is part of co-creation. So you speak things that you want to be your reality.
This is where things like affirmations and statements of belief and a document where you're speaking who you want to be become very handy in the context of levels of energy. And this has been the missing piece. This is what I realized I needed to teach is because if you are in a low state, if you're feeling powerless, it is very hard to speak high level thoughts and words. You know what I mean? They're not even available. They're not even something that you can think of. So this is one of those tools that it's like, pick it up when it feels really good.
Put it down when you're not feeling well, when you're full of grief or anger, when you have doubt, when you are feeling powerless or bitter or revengeful. That's not the time to try to speak high vibe thoughts. It's just not. And that's okay. That's not a problem. But knowing when to pick it up, if you're trending up, if you're feeling pretty good, if you've gone on a walk and you felt the sun on your face and you're like, you know what? Things are working out for me.
That would be an amazing time to use your word to create more prosperity or more clients or a next level opportunity or a speaking gig that you've wanted to create or a book deal or an invitation to be a guest in someone's group or trying to think of other things that people have created, being invited to participate in a project together. When you are on the lower part of the scale, when you're feeling powerless or angry, you can use your word to reach for better feeling thoughts. And that's how you would use this tool. Your word is your wand, no matter where you're at on the emotional scale. But the way that you use it would be different.
So if I'm feeling really high vibe, I might use words to call in my next client or my next level of financial success or whatever. If I'm feeling low, I might use my word to feel better. I might use my word to remind myself of my power. I might use my word to reach for better feeling thoughts that I feel relief. Or that I feel calm, that I feel peace of mind, that I feel open to feeling better. Right. That's how you can use your words. So no matter where you're at, you can use your word to reach for better feeling thoughts. That is co-creation.
There's a great book called Infinite Possibilities by Mike Dooley. And the other one, actually, I think it's in this book, it's called Leveraging the Universe. And he draws this triangle and draws a line down the middle. And on the left side, it's like what I'm responsible for. And on the right side, it's what God or the universe is responsible for. And so I would put your word on your side, the way that you speak to yourself and others, the way that you speak about your business, about your finances, about your family life, about your well-being, about your nervous system regulation matters, right? You are listening.
So when you say things like, I'm so stressed, I'm so tired. On some level, you are creating that, even if you think you are just sharing what you're observing. And so it starts with a thought, right? It really does start with your word. And so speak what you want to experience. And this is like I've had to train myself and I get it. If you have a lot of resistance to what I'm sharing, I get it.
I've been there, but I started to practice. I started to ask myself, like, what if this was true? What if I could create differently? What if I could feel different?
What if my reality could be changed based on what I've been thinking and feeling and what I've been speaking? What if it was possible? And I started to create a completely different reality for myself. And so if you have resistance, don't just believe me. Like, try it. Try speaking differently and see what happens. It's very, very powerful. That being said, all of this can be true. And I want to talk about the presence of cycles or the law of rhythm because it matters. And contrast.
In co-creation, in our life, we're going to hit cycles and we're going to hit contrast.
And what you do when you hit those cycles, I think, really dictates how successful you'll be in the ups and the downs. Whether you're going to stick with something until it works. Whether you develop the inner fortitude. If you scroll back a few episodes, I had a conversation about the entrepreneur's refiner's fire, right? Contrast. Things that you don't want. That's part of life. Not that we have to prepare for it. Not that we have to, like, say a lot of things about contrast. But contrast is a part of life.
What I found is that entrepreneurs who are very successful use contrast to get clarity about what they want. And then they focus their attention on the solution, not the problem. So when you hit contrast, you can use other words for contrast, like opposition, things that you don't want, tough times, low points. The contrast helps you get clarity about what you do want. Contrast gives you perspective. Contrast can give you empathy. Contrast can open you up to new possibilities. There's a lot of evidence in my path as an entrepreneur that contrast helped refine my belief system. It helped me open my mind. It helped me ask for help.
It helped me become who I was capable of becoming because I didn't resist contrast. So one of the principles of co-creation that I've been really obsessed with recently is non-resistance. Instead of resisting contrast, you kind of lean into it. You're like, oh, interesting. I wonder what this is here to show me. I wonder what this is here for. I wonder how this is going to help me get clear about what I want. So I'll give you some examples.
For those of you who are coaches, if you have a client leave or if you have a hard client or a hard conversation with clients or a launch that doesn't go well or a refund request or clients that feel really heavy to you or you're, this is sad to say, but bored by it. Like, this is real. This is real. You can use those types of contrast to get a sharper image of the kind of client you would really love to work with. And that's part of the process. As you evolve as a coach, you kind of get to choose the next caliber of client that you want to work with.
That only comes through contrast. Same thing is for launches. I know people who have a launch and you can use this for any type of launch. It doesn't have to be a huge launch. It could just be like you're sharing that you have consoles available. It could be like you have a group program, whatever. When we launch something, most of the time you're going to get a launch that doesn't feel good first. Every once in a while, people get one out of the gate and it feels amazing. But what I've witnessed is a lot of times the first time you launch something, you're going to hit some bumps. Contrast.
It's going to help you get clarity about what you do want so you can start lining up your thoughts and your words and your actions with the kind of launch that you do want. I see too many people have a hard launch and then they quit. Or they have a few hard launches in a row and then they quit. But they don't use the contrast to learn and evolve and grow and expand their belief in what they really ultimately want. And so this is why being here until it works is non-negotiable, especially for co-creation. Because the contrast helps you get clearer.
The contrast develops your fortitude on the inside. The contrast strengthens your beliefs. This is another one that I think is really underrated. Contrast. When you don't get something right away, I think it helps you develop the belief that you really can help people. There's something to be said about kind of moving through launches and it not working to help you realize like, no, I know this can help people. I know this can serve someone. And that inner stance, that inner conviction is exactly what you need to be prepared to actually serve the people who join from the launch.
And so even failed launches, that kind of contrast can be for your good. And I choose to see the ups and downs in my business. One of my mentors called it divine fluctuation, which I love. The divine fluctuation of highs and lows. It's all for me. Even the contrast that feels really difficult to accept. And so this is why I started studying spiritual principles, because I think in business you have to have spiritual grit. You're going to have failures. You're going to have things that don't feel good. You're going to have things that don't work the way that you want them to.
And you can beat yourself up about it. You can be an inner resistance to it or you can see how it's contributing to your ultimate success. That's how I see contrast. The last thing that I was going to share is this idea of the energy of attraction or the law of attraction. One of my favorite books is called Happier Than God. And the way that Neil describes the energy of attraction really resonates for me. And so I wanted to read it because I think if you believe in God like me, it's like where does God fit in with a law of attraction? And so he talks about.
Attraction is a gift from a benevolent and compassionate deity. It is a tool with two handles. One in God's hands and one in ours. And so he goes on to say, attraction is a tool. This tool was created by God and that tool has been given us to use with God. And it's most effective when it's used for the right purpose. And I love how he shares his purpose. He says the purpose of attraction is to create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you in that order. He says, please take note of those last three words.
They will change everything you thought you understood about the process of personal creation, the mystery formula behind how life works. So what is the purpose of the law of attraction? To create a happy, peaceful, joyous life for everyone whose life you touch and for you in that order, which I love. So it's about being a blessing to other people. That's what I took away from it. And so when I think of the energy of attraction, it's a magnetic power like attracts like what is like unto itself is drawn.
And so the other way that I mean, this is a cliche way of saying it, this is I remember early on on the Internet, your vibe attracts your tribe. Maybe you've heard that birds of a feather flock together. That's all energy of attraction. And so we want to stay focused on the solution, not the problem. Right. We want to be in the energy of it working, not focused on it, not working. When we think about making more money, we want to be mindful that we are actually thinking about and using our word to create more money instead of focusing on the lack of it.
There's a great book that I've been sharing with all of my clients called The Having, and I will be talking about this book a lot more in future episodes because it is a phenomenal book. But I've actually even started like a little series on my Instagram every Saturday. I drop some pictures of when I've practiced the having the having is being focused on the things that you want and that you want more of as the example. If you wanted more clients, you would experience having clients. Now you would be grateful for them. You would appreciate them.
You would get present and notice them. If you wanted to make more money, you would appreciate and bless the money you have right now, knowing that more is coming to me. Part of the law of attraction is understanding you are always a vibrational match to something. It's just being conscious of choosing to be a vibrational match for what you want to have happen. If you want more love, be love. If you want more money, be prosperous. If you want more clients, be a resource for people. If you want a successful business, be successful in your mind.
And this is where tools like your imagination and journaling and visualization come into play. This is also where reaching for better feeling thoughts throughout the day is essential, because what I teach my clients is it doesn't really matter where you're on the emotional scale. Even if you're feeling bad, you can still get to the point of attraction where you want to be. I choose to believe that. In fact, one of the most powerful sessions I had last week was an art of impossible when I was coaching someone on the idea that like, what if you had a belief that even if you worried, you were still making money?
And it sounds out of context that it doesn't sound super powerful. But in the context that we were in, it was a very powerful moment, because I think that's what the law of attraction actually means. It doesn't mean you can't worry or you can't have fear. You can't stress. It's like, no, are you reaching for better feeling thoughts in the present moment? Are you working on believing that miracles are available, that things are working out, that you are supported and provided for? Are you tending to your vibration?
That's how I use energy of attraction, which is part of co-creation, because like Neil said in the book, it's a tool that God created for us. And I choose to believe that. And it really serves me to believe that that if the energy of attraction is something that God wants me to use like a tool to bless the lives of others and myself in that order, then one of the best things that I can do is reach for better feeling thoughts, reach for better beliefs, reach for more expansive, powerful beliefs. The other idea that I really wanted to share is the idea of stewardship.
I'll share the book that I love to read. It's You Too Can Be Prosperous and Putting the Prosperity Idea to Work. Both of those books by Robert Russell. If you are in the Quiet Wealth membership, we are studying You Too Can Be Prosperous right now. And we will be talking about this at length. But this idea of God as infinite supply. So all good things, the source of great abundance is God. And so when we align our thoughts with stewardship, we don't create it. It was already created. Stewardship of resources, of ideas, right?
One of the things that I know in my business, if my business is a channel for prosperity, for money to flow through to my life, I like to believe that it is a stewardship that God has given me. Right. So the resources, the ideas, the money, the people are a stewardship and I'm taking care of it. So if I get an idea and I don't act on it because I'm afraid, because I don't have faith activated in my system, I am not stewarding some of the resources that God has given me. And that's a spicy take. And so if it doesn't resonate, you can leave it.
That's just how I choose to see it. So if I have this idea for a program that's just happened a few weeks ago called The Money Mind, I had this idea for The Money Mind. If I see my ideas as a stewardship, almost like God tapping me on the shoulder, like, hey, here's an idea for you to increase your prosperity as you increase the prosperity in the lives of others, because law of attraction for the purpose that it was created for, helping other people get what they want. When I had the idea for Money Mind, I saw how I could help people with their money mindset to become more prosperous in their life.
The byproduct of that, people paid me to be a part of the program and prosperity increased in my life, too. And I see that that's how co-creation works all the time in my business, whether it's a money program or not, you don't have to teach money to be impacted by this work. When you see that you help people with prosperous relationships, prosperous ideas of self, a career that they love, a marriage that they love, parenting that feels easier, like it doesn't have to be you teaching money.
If you give the impression of increase in people's lives, you will have increase in your life. That's how I see energy of attraction and that's why I see co-creation, too, is like a lot of times I don't think we realize this when you have an idea. I like to say when you pick up a pen, you pick up both sides. Right. So when you have an idea for a program, I like to believe that people are energetically praying for it or asking for it, whether they're saying, oh, I hope someone creates a program for this. That's probably not it. But more like I want to learn how to be an amazing mom. They're putting those vibes out into the world and then you get the idea to teach a six week program on how to be a great mom. That's how co-creation actually works.
And when you see your business this way, that your ideas are divinely inspired and are answering people's prayers, you will move with faith and certainty and belief quickly. You will want to take things to the marketplace as a form of co-creation. So there's like co-creation with you and God with the ideas and then there's co-creation with you in the marketplace and your audience and your clients with your offers. At least that's how I see business. The reason that my business works the way that it does is because I have an abundance mindset with my ideas.
I believe there are always more ideas coming. I don't need to save them. I don't need to protect them. I don't need to say that they're even mine. Sometimes I'll get clients that are like, can I share that? I'm like, yes, like I have an abundance of ideas like share it. It's not mine to even protect or hoard because it's flowing. Money is flowing. Ideas are flowing. People are flowing. Opportunities are flowing. That feels abundant to me. That feels like co-creation to me. And so I have this idea that I teach my clients, which is abundance is all there is.
And there was a time that felt very hard to believe, but I wanted to believe it. And now I feel like it's just part of my being and I see it everywhere. Abundance is all there is. Co-creation is what we're up to for the fun of it, for the joy of it, for the freedom of it. And it just feels so much better to think about it this way. And so I wanted to share it with you. I hope this is helpful and I hope that you use it to co-create your business, your family, your financial prosperity journey.
I hope you use it to co-create miracles, to feel better, to have more fun, to have more collaboration. Enjoy in your life, more creativity. And yeah, that's what I have for you. I hope this was helpful. If it was, I would love to hear from you and I will talk to you soon. Bye.
