Hey you guys. Welcome back to the Conscious Coach Podcast. Today we're gonna be talking about quantum leaps, the quantum leap that everyone wants to make. I think it's a buzzword in our industry. I actually found myself talking to a private client about quantum leaps just recently because she was like, okay, but what do you actually mean when I experienced a quantum leap?
And I spent some time thinking about it and I was like, how would I explain this? And I was like, you know, as I'm thinking about this, I feel like this is a podcast episode, and so I'm creating it. And so I have a lot of ideas and I am gonna break it down into steps.
And by steps I don't mean that it's like, do this first and then do this. I see steps as a way of going in and out. You know, maybe you go 1, 2, 1, 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 2, 3, right? Like, you go in and out. It's not like you do one thing in chronological order. In fact, that's something that I think. Is relevant to their conversation about quantum leaps because quantum leaps, the definition that I like to think of it, which is things that happen beyond space and time.
Don't glow in chronological order. And that's important to know because I think most of the world works in a predictable fashion, right? Things that are predictable results. And then you learn about this world, the world of coaching, the world of mindset, the world of law of attraction.
The world that I like to think of as miracles, right? Like things that happen beyond what we thought was predictable up to a certain point. And so when I was doing my own work, I really spent time thinking, you know, how can I make my goals happen faster?
Which a lot of us ask. How can I make my goals happen inevitably? Which a lot of people ask and I've been playing around with this idea of, you know, a bigger business. I think I've mentioned that my next goal is seven figures. And so one of the things that I've been contemplating and even praying about in my own life is like, how do I do this in a way where I'm still the mom that I want to be, that I don't take more time?
And of course, I've attracted and created different mentors that have shown me different ways of thinking about success. And one of the things that came to me kind of intuitively was it doesn't take time. It takes a level of consciousness and systems and that's what came to me.
And I was like, okay, so if it doesn't take time and it doesn't take my hard work, not that I don't do the work, cuz that's part of creating the systems. And it takes a level of consciousness. I just don't have the right level of consciousness or the right systems to make seven figures. And I think that a lot of people would agree with this based on where they want to go.
They don't have the level of consciousness and they don't have the systems to support it. And that's it. That's the only thing that people are missing. And it seems oversimplified, but when we really break it down, I'm like, this makes sense. So one of the things that I've been thinking about is how do I articulate this in better ways for my clients because they really believe it takes.
I've seen things happen beyond time. Time would say I can't make six figures until I've been in the industry for five years, because that's what's predictable. And I don't like to play in the realm of predictable. I don't think you do either, or you wouldn't be listening, or watching, because you want more.
You want more for your life, and you do wanna go fast, and you want things that aren't predictable. That's why you probably became an entrepreneur. Or at least you're thinking about this way of being and doing in the world. And so if things don't take time, they take a level of consciousness and systems. Another way of saying it is order and movement, which is how the universe works.
The entire universe is made up of order and movement. That means there is this pattern that we can apply to what we want, and that's kind of what I want to offer today is this pattern. Not because I know better, not because I'm a unicorn. But because if you understand these, and most importantly, embody them, not just memorize the steps and be able to regurgitate them to your friends or to your clients.
But to really live them, you can create a quantum leap for yourself. And so I'm gonna share these quote five steps. Like I said, you're gonna go in and out. It's not like chronological order because we're not talking about chronological creation. Chronological creation is like, I'm gonna give you an example from the regular corporate world.
It's like, okay, you come in as an entry level employee at $50,000 a year. If you work for five years, you'll get a 10% raise every year. And then, if you get promoted to a manager level, you can make a 100k a year and then if you stay and you become a vice president, you can make $300,000 a year.
Right? There's this like predictable path. Those numbers are totally made up, but you see what I mean, where there's this like association with more success happening over time. And I think our brains are wired to believe that that's how it has to be even in the entrepreneurship world, which is more so in the realm of possibilities and potentialities.
And so what I want to make a case for really is to believe in one possibilities and potentialities, aka miracles, and to introduce this idea of a quantum leap, which is beyond the space and time that most people operate in. This is very different. This is a different way of thinking, but I live here and I think about this stuff all the time, and I've seen quantum leaps in my own understanding and my own results.
I get things happen from out of nowhere. I'm putting that in air quotes in case you're just listening. Because they don't just happen out of nowhere. I have the systems and consciousness to support it. I think these thoughts and therefore create it. And so to jump into the steps.
Number one, imagine a new desired result. And this has to be from possibility and it has to be something you actually want. It has to be emotional. When you think about this new desired result, it can't be something that you created last year, it has to be from your imagination. And that's why I said it the way I did. Imagine a new desired result.
And the way that I like to think about this is it's not something that's predictable. It's something that's from your imagination and it's not gonna feel super easy, but it's something that you really want. Your logical mind is gonna tell you, this is too hard. You are crazy for even wanting this. Like you should just tone it down.
You should just be grateful for what you have and that is our brain for you, right? Like immediately it's gonna come in and say, are you sure you want this? And our job as the higher self, the spiritual self, is to believe in the possibility and potentiality, not in the predictable. And so it's easy to skip this step.
In fact, I would argue that most entrepreneurs skip step number one. They go right into looking around in the industry and try to identify what can I create, what works for me? And it's not that it's bad, it's just that there is an alternative way. And that's the way that I'm trying to make a case for today.
Most people look around and say, oh, so-and-so created this kind of coaching business, so I can too. This is about the timeline. If I compare or overlay my timeline with hers, I'm on track or I'm not on track. She made seven figures in seven years. And I'm only making a 100k four years in.
I'm not on track, right, when we do this. And I think that that's an interesting way of thinking. We're trying to make something predictable. And a lot of the results we're trying to create doesn't exist in the predictable world. It exists in the world of possibilities and potentialities. So you have to be different.
You have to be energetically different, more energy than matter, more possibility than predictability your body vibration does. And so we have to start somewhere different, which is imagination. So step one again is, imagine a new desired result. And this is something I really learned from Napoleon Hill and Tony.
You have to make this decision. What you want does not just strike you like lightning. You decide, and in the beginning, a desire isn't like this burning desire. I actually think I have stronger desires now than I did in the beginning because I've nurtured them. I've thought about them. I've refined this idea in my mind, so I really want it.
I think we're taught from a young age to kind of tame our desires. Don't think about them too much. Settle for what's possible for most people in your income class, or your race, or your gender, or your socioeconomic status in your neighborhood, what your parents were, right. We settle because we start believing in what's predictable instead of engaging with possibilities, because that is what was shown to us, what was modeled.
I think this new way of thinking has been trying to make its way into the mass consciousness, right? We get teachers like Bob Proctor, Esther Hicks, and others, Neville Goddard, who are trying to teach a different approach. And most people think it's crazy, and so they don't engage with it. And therefore they block off the possibilities and potentialities of it working for them because they don't believe it's possible. And that's like the problem, right?
And so number two is to align your beliefs or paradigm with the result that you want, as if it's done. And this is consciousness. So I mentioned to create a quantum leap, you need a certain level of consciousness and certain systems to quantum leap. So this is where the consciousness comes in.
Now I know what I want. I know I have this desired result in the future that came from my imagination, that I actually want, that I didn't look around to justify or validate my ideas. I went to my own brain and my own heart and decided what I wanted. And now step two, I'm aligning my beliefs and my paradigm, my consciousness with the result being.
Most people have a hard time speaking this way. It sounds delusional. In fact, I'm teaching the revamp. And one of the things that I'm gonna teach in that program is you're gonna seem delusional, right? You're gonna seem like you're talking as if it's done, but it's not in the physical reality.
The reason that it's called a quantum leap, because in the quantum field, all possibilities exist at once. And so when you believe that it's done, you're not just having blind faith or hoping, you're really acknowledging that scientifically, right? All things exist at once. I happen to be religious and believe in God, so I'm like this makes sense to me.
I believe in a God that sees things all at once. This is how the quantum field or quantum physics, right, the thing that I'm imagining in the future is done in a certain way, not in this physical reality, this now, because there is no time and space in the quantum field. I'm talking about the potentiality being done in the quantum.
If you've never studied this stuff, this might be over your head. I highly recommend studying this type of stuff. I really love Joe Dispenza for this work, if you wanna take this work deeper. I'm trying to make this super helpful and applicable. So what this actually looked like, how do you align your beliefs with that result being done?
It means you're saying, I'm so happy and grateful that I have blank, as if it's done. So if you don't have a six figure business, you might say, I'm so happy and grateful I have a six figure business. I'm so happy and grateful that I'm fully booked with a wait list. And not just saying it, you are feeling it.
This is something I learned from Joe Dispenza. Like our mind is the signal out. Like this is what I want. And then our energy, like our emotions is what brings it in. So we want to be thinking the thought and feeling the emotion as if it's done. I'm so happy and grateful for my six figure business, and I'm feeling it now, and I'm actually cultivating this feeling on a day-to-day moment to moment basis.
As often as I can. Most people aren't willing actually to do that. They're gonna go listen to another podcast. I'm grateful that you're here. Hopefully you take this and actually go live it in your life, right? Like not just, you know, consume and then do nothing. But for a lot of people it's like consume, consume, consume, but they're naturally not integrating what they're learning and becoming someone new.
In order to experience a quantum leap, you have to become someone new. You cannot be the same person that you were. You cannot vibrate at the same frequency that you were last year and create different results. You have to fundamentally change who you are. And I think we get this with a lot the cerebral thought work.
You know, we're trying to change our thoughts, but I would argue we're trying to change who we are on a cellular level. And so this work is tedious. In fact, I think most people give up way too soon because it is a mental exhausting exercise to be changing your paradigm and to be changing your beliefs consciously.
And this is where I'm gonna take a little second to talk about the conscious and the subconscious. What we're trying to do is change our subconscious beliefs, our paradigm. The level of consciousness that we are at subconsciously, not consciously. Cuz most of the time we know what to think.
We know what thoughts are in alignment with what we want, but subconsciously we don't believe it yet. And so we have to impress our subconscious mind by being emotionally engaged with our thoughts, with our imaginations, with the things we want. And that means that you don't just think it, you also feel it.
You create the burning desire of the thing that you want over time, and you practice feeling the feeling of it's done. This looks like getting out of your work scenario and going and enjoying your life and feeling free because that's what you imagine your six or seven figure self doing. It means that you allow gratitude a bigger role in your life because in the future, gratitude will play a bigger role in your life.
So you bring it into the now and collapse time. Quantum leap. It means you speak as if it's happening. When people ask you how your business is going, you don't say, uh, it's kinda tough. Haven't sent a client in a while. Even if that's true in the physical. What you're trying to do is tap into the future self, and a lot of people will talk about the future self.
I think this quantum nature is a little bit next level understanding of what that means, right? You're bringing that future self into the now by speaking things as if they're here. Neville Goddards calls it the wish fulfilled. So when people ask you about your business, you don't answer. It's okay. It's kind of frustrating sometimes.
You answer, oh, I love it. I'm so grateful that I get to do this work. It blows my mind. That's what you say because you're engaged in the miracle of what you get to do now and in the future.
So then let's move on to step three. So we know that we're speaking things into existence. We're aligning our beliefs, our paradigm with the result being done. I'm so happy and grateful that blank. And you're really really letting that integrate into your body. You're feeling it and you're practicing feeling it. You're imagining it. You're speaking into existence. This so far has been very feminine energy type stuff.
And you guys know, I believe in blending both. I think we need both in order to create in the physical plain. We're spiritual beings, we're intellectual beings in our mind, and we're physical beings. And so if we want to create in the physical, we also have to take that physical form of action.
The systems. So this is what I wrote down. I said, take action and do what unsuccessful people are unwilling to do. And the reason that I said that is I think we have to define that thin line between successful and unsuccessful people. A lot of times it comes down to little things, and I think that for me, the most obvious one is staying in the game long enough to see the results.
And most people burn out. They stop doing things they actually know deep down would make the biggest difference. Right? Continuing to make content when people aren't paying attention. Continuing to invest in yourself long beyond other people. Honestly, I got that early on. I realized unsuccessful people stop betting on themselves.
And so I was like, that's one answer is I keep betting on myself. I keep getting ROIs on learning, on my development, on my embodiment and on my understanding because I keep investing and myself. It's like staying consistent when other people don't, trying new things and iterating when other people.
Doing the things that most unsuccessful people are unwilling to do. And this is true in entrepreneurship, right? Most people aren't willing to put themselves out there and take a risk, and so they create normal, mediocre results. But if you want something exceptional, if you want a quantum leap means you want something big.
You can't do the mediocre things that everyone else does. That's just part of the reality of the systems piece, right? The mechanical piece that we're talking about now. And so the reason that I combine these two, right, you have to align your beliefs and your consciousness and take action cuz in business.
Business is the combination of spiritual creation and physical creation. So yes, use your imagination, get an alignment, believe, and actually go live and talk about your program. Get in the spirit of it being done and actually write the email and invite people to book a consult. Do what other unsuccessful people are not willing to do. I think about that all the time.
Number four is to detach from time. And this is really essential. I don't think enough people understand what this means. I'm gonna give you an example. So I just had a client tell me this on one of our calls. She's like, I stopped worrying about the consult who said yes, and then I never heard from again, and I just lived my life and I enjoyed it.
And I kept doing what I knew to do and then all of a sudden she paid in full. I was like, Yeah! And she's like, that's what you mean by detaching from time. And I was like, yes. And another thing that I think a lot of people resonate with is you detach from singular people saying yes to your offers, right?
You're not attached to one person saying yes, you're attached to your result. And by attached, I mean you believe in your result. You care about your result. You act as if it's done. You're imagining the result being done, but you're not attached to people saying yes, especially specific people saying yes.
You're also not attached to a timeline. The word that I love to use here is surrender your timeline. This is how we quantum leap by not, this is so counterintuitive, you guys and I hear myself saying this and I'm like, I can see how this is confusing. Cuz what I was gonna say is a quantum leap, you have to stop trying to have a quantum leap this month, and this is the paradoxical nature of this work.
The moment you stop trying to have a quantum leap, but you live these laws, you will. The moment you stop trying to go faster and really release your timeline, the faster you will go. And this is the paradox, and this is why I try to get mentorship from people who get this, because I live this and I want to be that for you.
I want to help you understand the paradox of success. And so detaching from time is essential. So one of the ways that I like to do this is I try to make lifetime goals. Or I like to give myself a range of possibility, so I don't say I'm gonna make a 100K this month. I give myself a range where I can live into the range, the easy to believe, ranging to the hard to believe.
That's my range and I don't make it this month. You know, I would love to have this be my monthly income and I align with it being done, but I don't focus on it not happening this month. This is the paradox. I also love to have lifetime goals where it's like, in my lifetime, I'd love to blank, and that helps me detach from time as well.
And so I think if you struggle with giving up your timeline, your agenda. I like to give it to God. I'm like, you know what? This isn't my responsibility. My responsibility is step one, step two, step three, that I just described, right? I'm imagining a new desired result. I'm aligning my beliefs and my paradigm with it being done.
I'm taking action and doing things that unsuccessful people are not willing to do, and then I relax and let go of everything else. I can only control what I can control, and I turn over the uncontrollable to a higher intelligence than me AKA God, and I let go. And this is how we quantum leap.
Step five is develop an expectation for miracles. And I really love this phrasing. I've learned to expect things happening out of nowhere. I've learned expecting things that aren't predictable. I've trained my mind to expect them, and so I get to experience them. And most people are dominated by fear.
So they're afraid of hoping for a miracle. They're afraid of believing in miracles because they don't wanna be disappointed. And that is all fear-based, and I want to be faith-based. I want to believe, which is faith. Faith brings wellbeing. Faith brings riches. Faith brings incredible things. So I'm always wanting to lean into faith more than fear.
Expecting miracles in faith feels very different than worrying if the miracle's gonna come because you're in doubt and fear. That's part of step two, right? Which is like aligning your beliefs with the result being done means faith means you're not afraid and you move forward in faith. And so one of the questions I like to ask when people, I'm on a consult with people for one-on-one is like, they're like, this is a big investment.
And I'm like, yeah, it is. And I don't want you to make it in fear. I want you to make it in faith. And if you can't be at that vibration of faith is probably not the right time for us to work together. And they resonate with that. And sometimes it's a no. They're like, I have just too much fear about this.
I'm like, that's okay. Come back when you're ready. When you feel more grounded in faith, in an ROI, in your rapid growth and exponential results and in our time together? And I hold space for that and I think you can too. So just to put this all together, how to experience a quantum leap or how to quantum leap.
One, imagine a new desired result from possibility, not predictability. We're gonna go way into this in Quantum Play in April. Number two, align your beliefs with that result being done, which is consciousness. Number three, take action. Do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do. This is the system's piece. Just an aside to this, I wanted to talk about when I first started investing in Kajabi. I was like, oh my gosh, like $200 a month. Like that's a lot of money at the time. At the time it was right. If you're making a couple thousand dollars, $200 feels like a really big commitment. And I remember asking myself in that moment, who am I being right now?
And I realized I was being the version of my old self, where money was tight and money wasn't coming, and I was like my six plus figure business self easily invests in this and sees that ROI will be exponential. And so I invested, and I've done that with every mentor, every program I've ever bought. I'm like, this investment can lead to exponential results if I'm willing to do the work.
Not just the hustle, grind, physical work, but the mental, emotional, spiritual work, which I am. And it's always been true. I've always gotten an ROI on my investments because I think this way. Because I've developed the miracle mindset. And I do these steps all the time. Like I said, this isn't like a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, chronological thing.
These are five steps that I want you to consider in a non chronological way and be doing them all the time because there is no time, right? When you think about a quantum leap, it means you collapsed time around results that you used to think took time. And I'm gonna explain that more. Let's say, I'm gonna give you an example from my own.
I used to think 80k as a therapist sounded really nice. And then when I started making 80k in six months working from home, working part-time, I was like, what is happening? I remember the first time this happened and now it's happening even faster. But I remember, I'm like, I think I just experienced a quantum leap.
This was a couple years ago, and now things are happening at like hyper speed because my belief, my consciousness, and my systems, I have systems to catch these results in faster times, right? Kajabi, email lists, social media, programs that can actually facilitate that amount of money coming in, I have the consciousness and I have the systems to grow. And so I want to challenge you to try these things on. Do you have the consciousness and do you have the systems to create what you want? And if you don't, are you investing to get those things, not just in mentorship and coaching, but also in technology, in training, in time.
Like what I mean by time is like time creating content, time creating relationships. Are you creating things that have exponential potential or are you trying to recreate the predictable? The other thing that I can't, overstate enough is to really spend time with step one, what do you actually want?
Because this is what I noticed. Some people have really big dreams and they are so afraid to articulate them, that they go for a way smaller result and it feels like crap. And they're trying not to acknowledge it because they're trying to be grateful for what they have. They're trying to be Zen, and you know, I'm all for Zen.
But what's really happening is that they are suppressing their ambition, suppressing their desires out of fear, and it'll never feel good. And so wanna challenge you, if you're listening to this, you probably have some big idea and that can be scary. But step one is imagining a new desired result. Not what do you think you can create?
What do you think is acceptable? What do you think is normal? What do you think is predictable? This is a different level of consciousness and I think that it's hard to stay in the same environment and believe something new. I think one of the most beautiful things of the internet is that you get to surround yourself with people who think differently.
This is why I love coaching. I know the way I think is very different than most people, and I know that my clients calibrate to my way of thinking and being. You might be doing that right now. I believe in miracles. I believe in unpredictable possibility, potential results. I don't wanna create what everyone creates.
I wanna create what I see in my mind. This is Quantum Play. If you really like this podcast episode, I'm just gonna encourage you. This is exactly what we're gonna be doing in April. I'm making Quantum Play available for purchase outside of the Matrix this time because I want more people to get their hands on this stuff.
You can learn more at the link in my show notes, or you can join the Matrix and spend a whole year with me where we do this work in lots of different ways. I think that's the best choice. But if you can't swing the Matrix, right now, I think just joining for Quantum Play will change your life. So I'm really excited to take these steps and expand them and to go into way more detail about how to create a quantum leap, how to believe things before the evidence, how to create things from known and unknown, like that's the kind of work we're gonna be doing.
So, I want you to believe in miracles. I want you to experience a quantum leap. Some of you already have, and now I want you to recreate it by living in your edge and by tapping back into your imagination and desiring new results again. Starting from that step one, imagine a new desired result, right? This never ends.
This is expansion. This is our life. Once we get to the results we want, we just invent new things we want. Isn't that so fun? This is about tapping into that. Where it's like, this is a never ending game. This is an infinite game because there is no end to your expansion. So I want you to consider these things.
I wanna start developing an expectation for miracles, because you'll start to see them. If you feel so called, please join us in Quantum Play or join us in the Matrix. I would love to do this work with you, like I said, we're going way deeper. And you can read more using the link in my show notes.
If we're not hanging out on social media, I'm gonna be talking about it a lot there. Follow me @itsambersmith and I will see you soon. Thank you for being a listener. If you think someone would benefit from this podcast episode, please share it with them. Thank you so much. I'll talk to you soon. Bye.
