Hello, and welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited for today.
So I'm calling this Are You Feeling Uninspired, Unclear, and Unmotivated? It's Time For a Revamp. So I'm gonna talk about what it takes to actually reenergize yourself and recommit to goals and reenvision the future.
Because as I've been in this game, let's see, going on 5 years now, what I've noticed is Entrepreneurs go through seasons, and I've been in them.
My clients have been in them. I'm sure you have to. Where there are seasons of a lot of energy and passion and drive and excitement and then there are seasons of slumps and doubt and confusion and uninspired thoughts.
And so for me, it's really important for me to know. I can always come back to my heart. I can always tap into a vision that gets me inspired and motivated and really clear about what's next.
And that unlocks a lot of the plans and action required. And so I think this is related to the unconscious, conscious, competent, incompetent loop if you were familiar with that.
And so I'm just gonna quickly explain that because I think when we start our business, we are unconscious, incompetent.
Right? We don't know what we don't know. We don't know that we're not good. And then we get introduced to this big idea and we're like, oh my gosh.
And we're so excited. And we have confidence because we don't know what we don't know. We just see the vision. We don't know how hard it's gonna be. We don't know what's actually required, and so we jump in.
I know for me this was the beginning of my coaching business. I was so excited, so inspired. I was telling my husband, like, I'm gonna make a million dollars, and all this stuff, and then I kinda got into it.
And I hit a slump because 6 months in, I'm not making a million dollars. I have to post every day. Sometimes I signed clients and sometimes I didn't. Right?
And it was like, the reality hit me that this is gonna be different and harder than I anticipated. And I think we go through this series of having an idea, taking action, getting results and also getting results that we don't want.
Right? Things that feel harder. This is why I believe business, coaching, being an entrepreneur, it's simple in theory, but when we execute it, it's a little bit more complicated because we have to find what resonates with our people.
We have to find what feels good to us. What's aligned for us. We have to find out what is true for us and the message that we want to share. We have to fill out what works with my life Right?
Like, I'm a mom, so I don't wanna work a hundred percent of the time and finding that happy medium, that happy place where I'm getting the results that I want and living the life that I want, both.
And I think that there's an element of trial and error. And all scientists know that's part of the process.
Right? And so when we hit a slump, that is not your signal to quit. In fact, I really resonate with the word, get inspired or get reinspired or reignite your vision because, yeah, it's gonna happen.
You're gonna fade. Things are gonna feel harder. Things are gonna feel boring or foggy. That's another word that I get a lot.
It's like, okay. I've been in business, but things feel foggy now. I don't know what I'm working for. Welcome. This podcast is for you. Okay? So I have some notes that I'm prepared to share with you.
The first one that I wrote down was don't look at what's predictable or what other people are doing unless it inspires you. I get a lot of feedback that I'm very quietly confident from my clients.
And one of the things that I really believe in is that I just keep my blinders on. I love my vision. I love what I'm creating. And I really don't feel like I'm playing a competitive game.
I'm not really competing with anyone except for who I was yesterday. And what this allows me to do is I tap into pure potentiality for me. I don't know what it's like for other people.
I hear stories. Some of my mentors will tell me things that blow my mind. Right? And I don't let it mean I'm not great or that what I'm doing isn't interesting or cool or that my desires and dreams don't matter.
Even if I don't wanna be a deca millionaire or a billionaire or whatever, that my dreams matter and I'm excited and inspired about them because I have my blinders on. I'm now comparing what I want to just what someone else wants.
I've spent the time to really consider and to refine what I want. The other thing that I mentioned earlier was like, I don't look to what's predictable. I also don't look to my past for what I can recreate.
I'm always looking to the future. And using what I'm gonna talk about in the next step, my imagination to create. So that's number 2. Use your imagination to create instead of comparing, instead of evaluating what's possible.
There's three planes of creation. Right? The physical, the intellectual, and the spiritual. The physical is what's predictable. The intellectual is what's possible.
Right? What our mind can come up with. And then what I think of on the spiritual plan is the pure potential. And I try to access pure potential as often as I can. I'm mostly in the realm of possibility, my intellectual mind.
Right? That's when I'm sitting with my journal and going through ideas using my imagination to try to think of something that hasn't been created yet, either a result that I want in my life or a result I wanna create my business.
Both. And I try to stay in the potentiality and the possibility.
For those of you in the matrix, we're gonna go deep into this in Quantum Play coming in April, which is so fun. And so when I use my imagination, I'm not looking to the past. I'm not looking to what's predictable.
I'm also not looking at my results right now. And I think that this is a skill set, it also feels like a risk. It's easy to look at your life right now and go, like, this is what I can expect tomorrow.
Visionaries look around and go, Interesting. I have this vision. That's what I'm gonna pay attention to. I'm gonna pay attention more to the vision I have in my mind than the current results I have.
People in your life will think you're crazy, people who change the world, people who create rapid, almost mind building transformations are crazy.
They believe in something that other people cannot see because they see it in their mind's eye. This is their imagination.
This is them tapping into potentiality and possibility. I think if you're uninspired, you started looking more about what is than what could be. When we're inspired, we're imagining a better future, and this is always unfolding.
It never ends. I think the happiest people are always creating what's next, not because what is now sucks. Ed Mylett talks about this blissful dissatisfaction, key word being blissful dissatisfaction.
I feel like both are keywords. That you can be happy with your life and dissatisfied. And I think that dissatisfaction stretches you to imagine a better future.
It pushes you to try things that you haven't tried before. It urges you to take action and risk and get out of your comfort zone, not so far out of your comfort zone that you're triggered all the time.
Just that you're doing things that you haven't done in the past, you're not doing what's predictable.
That way, you can create something that's not predictable. Okay? The next thought I have for you. Number 3, fuel your mind with beautiful thoughts. I read every single day.
I listen to podcasts almost every single day, mostly audiobooks these days because I want to feel my mind with thoughts of possibility, with winning, with transformations, with creation, with possibility, with potentiality, not with what the world is telling me is real.
So I pick my mentors. I pick the people who go in my ear very carefully. Do they have the results that I want, both financially, monetarily, but also with their family life, with their health, do they actually have the results that I want?
And I pick people based on the results that they're teaching me. Right? I think this is important to know.
Maybe you have a mentor who understands how to create exceptional financial results but has a crappy family. I'm not gonna listen to them about my family life. I'm to listen to them about my financial life and learn.
For my family life, for my emotional well-being, I pick teachers who teach that well and have embodied that well. And so I pick my mentors, pick my teachers to fill my beautiful mind with thoughts of the result that I want.
It almost breathes belief into me and I've noticed this is what has allowed me to breathe belief into my clients is I believe.
I'm a believer. I do. I believe in possibility. I believe in people's potential for greatness. And I think that is so inspiring when you see what could be, when you see what you can improve, not from a place of lack.
Not from a place of I'm not good enough, but from a place of this is what's possible You've tapped into inspiration. So fuel your mind.
Number 4, baby steps and don't procrastinate or like procrasti-consume. This means another word I think of a lot. It's easy to be like, okay, I'm gonna build this business. I'm gonna go listen to ten podcasts today. I'm gonna buy five books.
I'm gonna buy another course. Yes. Fuel your mind, but also be taking baby steps every day. I've been chipping away at my dream for years. And I know that sounds daunting for people. It's not that I haven't created results, I have.
And I've loved every moment. It's almost like Michael Angelo and marble. Right? Like, you see the vision in the marble and you have to keep chipping away until it's exactly the way you want it and guess what?
The beautiful thing is that the art is never done. You keep refining the image that you see. You keep getting closer. You keep getting more results. You keep getting clarity about what you want and what you don't want.
And life creates contrast so you can consciously and constantly choose what you want to create. But you have to be taking those actual baby steps. This is not a mental exercise. This is a mental exercise that turns into physical action.
Right? So we can collapse time and bring the results that we want to us. Number 5 is take action in spirit. In the energy of the wish fulfilled like Neville Goddard says, so I think this is the secret weapon.
For most people who have a quantum leap or if you've experienced a quantum leap, this is how. You never stop taking action, but the way that you took action changed.
I know I've seen this in my life. I have undeniable evidence that this works. It's not just doing the thing. It's bringing the energy of it's done to the action. So I'm gonna give you an example. I'm working with a client right now.
She's trying to make 300,000 dollars in her coaching business, which is awesome. And so one of the things I'm challenging her to do is to really feel her identity of that person as she's posting on social media.
As she's selling, as she's talking about her offers, as she's writing emails before she does it, she gets in the spirit of it being done.
And she brings that energy into it, be, do, have, which is something we're gonna talk a lot more about in the revamp, which I will talk about shortly.
So it's not just doing the things that you need to do. It's not just not procrastinating. It's not just taking the baby steps. It's doing those things in the spirit of the wish fulfilled.
So you have to know what you want. You have to decide in your imagination what you're gonna create and then look at who you would be if you had it. And then be that person now as you're taking the action to make it happen.
Step number 6 is to tweak and repeat. This is where we track. This is when we evaluate. Is this working? Is this not working? What could I do differently? What could I do better? What feels like the right move here?
What can I improve? Is it my sales page? Is it my message? Is it the way I presented my offer? Is it how many people I'm talking to? That tweak and repeat is that masculine energy that we bring, basically, we're sharpening our skills.
That's how I think of it. I've definitely grown my ability to sell over time. This can only come through repetition. We only tweak and repeat when we're doing actions repetitively.
And this is how we get it better. Most people never start, so they don't get to the tweak and repeat. And if you're listening to this, my guess is you are in that phase where you're taking action.
My encouragement to you is take action in the spirit of the wish fulfilled. And then tweak and repeat, then evaluate. Number 7 is be here until it works. I have an episode on this podcast. Scroll back Here Until It Works.
And I feel like this is the secret weapon. When you know that you're committed to the long run, when you know you're committed to long term results, short term ups and downs don't sway you, they don't throw you off.
So if you're in a feeling of uninspired, if you're feeling unclear, unmotivated, and you want to feel more inspired, one of the things that I'm gonna ask you to do is recommit to being here until it works.
Sometimes we feel foggy or we loosen our grip so much because we actually stop believing in the vision.
And so I think part of our work is to recommit to this possibility, recommit to the vision that we have, so we can unlock the energy required to be committed and take that action in spirit.
To me, this is my whole business plan. I think I say that a lot I say it in nuanced ways, in lots of different ways.
This is one way of thinking about it. But I think if you can do these things, you will experience a transformation in your mind and in your soul about possibility and you will have a different energy to bring to your business.
Some of you are in businesses that actually don't feel good to you. Some of you are doing things that you just saw another person do so you thought that's what I should do.
And what I'm hoping to do in this master class, the revamp, is to break you out of that and present almost like a silver platter all the options that you have from your own imagination that you can bring into this world and into your business.
This is not about looking around and looking over your shoulder to say, what is so and so doing?
It's what is in my heart to create. What's the vision that I have? What's something I can see that no one else can see that I'm gonna bring into this world.
I promise you'll be so inspired when it comes from that place instead of competing or looking around and copying or imitating. This is what's interesting.
There is overlap of course. Right? My business looks on the outside, very similar to other businesses, it's not that I'm so unique that it's never been seen before, but I didn't look around to think, what should I do?
I asked myself, what do I want to do? What do I want to create? What do I want to bring to the marketplace and to my clients? And I created from that place where there is no competition. It's just me. That's what I want for all of you.
To tap into your creativity, And if you think you're not creative, you are mistaken. Everyone is creative because we are created in the likeness and image of God, which means we are creators. Now, you might not be artistic.
I'm not artistic, but I am creative because I'm always thinking of ideas and bringing them to life. Which is what a creator does.
And so I wanna invite you, if you've been feeling foggy or uninspired, if you've been feeling stuck or sluggish in your business. If you've been feeling burnt out and tired of what you've been doing up to this point, you are absolutely invited to my free five day master class, I'm calling The Revamp, where you will feel more inspired and more clear about what's next, you're gonna walk away with a plan the money you're gonna make, the offers you're gonna create, the impact you're gonna have, the identity you want to embody, and your big vision.
And what's really possible when you understand laws, when you understand yourself, when you understand what it takes, and it's probably not what you think.
